Did Vac Go Away When I Wasn't Looking?

Started playing on the West Coast [XXL] stock maps #3 server today at about 3:00pm PST, kept playing until about 4:00pm PST. First sign that someone was cheating, I thought, was a heavy moving faster than a scout while spinning.

Second was the sniper getting headshot after headshot. I spectated, he had an aimbot going. It was pretty ugly. They both swapped to spies after awhile and had some kind of speedhack going, and handed the blue team their butts over and over again.

So... did VAC just go away on Wednesday afternoon, or what?

Argue about how cheating is fun all you want, then go play on a server that allows cheating. I play on VAC servers to be competitive. You want an unfair advantage? Go somewhere else.

Also, admins, maybe implement a votekick command in your servers? It was pretty obvious, and no one could do anything about it. No admins = no recourse.

Wouldn't be necessary if VAC was working, but...

probably not maybe they got a very good hack. We need admins to play there and have a demo at all their servers to make sure these issues be secure to have their people play in peace

There is a Votekick and a Voteban feature on all the Lotus servers. You can also record a demo of the suspected player and post it here for a ban.

How VAC works: once someone hacks, they'll get banned 2 weeks later so they don't know what hack is was from
