I didn't record this but I was speccing him and I saw him kill a solder who rocket jumped about 15 feet above the water.... he was underwater, with a pistol (as scout) and hit him about 8 times. All the while his pointer was about 2" behind the solder, nowhere near him... yet all shots registered and killed him. You can ignore the request if you want, its your server after all... but i'm sure i'm not the only one who will quit using the server if he shows up all the time. Up to you.
