Forum Reordering and New User Groups

The forums have been reordered and few new forums have been added and some were removed.

Removed:

Ranks - New and more general forum added instead

Added:

Information HeadQuarters - Staff Posted Forum Tutorials

Information HeadQuarters also has a subforum called

Help Desk - Rank/Forum/Site question all go here - Have a question about signatures? Or need help in uploading an avatar?

New User Groups Added:

Those are not the final groups IMO I might even add some more, depends...

This means once I have the mainsite done I will be looking for staff to help me so that I could move on to other projects (Moving on to other projects doesnt mean I will abbandon this site, however add more affiliates to it for more traffic)

Staff can also mean news posters and just general forum leaders that keep the forums active but dont clean them up, the moderators will be there to make sure everyone is following the rules *Which will be finished soon* and that act nice.

What is the difference between mods. and supermods.; and if you need help with staff or anything, I am all yours for the taking.

Super Moderators Can moderate all forums, Moderator are appointed to certain forum, Like I will make another gorup called Clan Leader which won't be a moderator but will have the ability to moderate its forum. So I could moderate the lotus forum, however I already have acess to moderate any forums, See where it says on the announcement forum "Forum Led By Lord Zymeth" Moderators have the same thing; that is their name added to the forum they moderate. They only have the ability to moderate the forums or forums that they are assigned to and as I said before Super Moderators are global mods and they can moderate everything. And you dont ask to be appointed to staff
