Increasin Attacks For Heroes?

HEy I need help wit the XIV32, would you please help me with it.

I want to be able to increse kenji's attack, when i play skirmish, kenji 3 in dragon's clan is a lot stronger than kenji 3 in serpent's clan, how do i increase his attack, would you please help me? I want kenji's attack to be as powerful as grayback's.
