Strange Sync Error Problem In Multiplayer

Okay, I don't really know if this is common or not. First of all, I play with my cousin (we'll call him Jack [not his real name]) online. When we play we rarely get the sync error and rarely ever get dropped, it happens occasionally but not frequently. We also play online with my brother who lives in the same house as I do (We'll call him Billy[also not his real name of course]) and we also rarely get dropped. But when Jason and his brother (we'll call him Jon[not his real name]) plays with us in a game, we get dropped ALL THE TIME.

Now Billy and I use the same game downloaded a sharing site given by a member of this forum. Jason and HIS brother use the same game from the ACTUAL Battle Realms disc. I really don't know what the problem is because when Me Jason and Billy play together, we don't get dropped but when Jon gets in the game, we all get dropped. Could it be that 4 person in a game is a no go?

Oh yeah and one more thing, it happens when Jason hosts and puts on one of his custom made AI's with the stats all 99 too, could that be part of the problem?

Please offer some advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
