Paul Bunyan 13 #26 Posted December 2, 2009 Also. Pasta is nommy, just throw some italian dressing on that shiz and eat it in the car on the way to class/work. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I kept my 16 pound Turkey Perfect as far as moisture. Balsamic vinegar. Locks in the moisture put it on before you put the oil on and some butter around the pan, baste every hour or 45 minutes, depending on the cooking time and you're GOOD TO GO! (b'.')b That's what I'm talkin' 'bout.
Rigormortis 15 #27 Posted December 3, 2009 Well. Being a chef, my ma's b/f makes the best turkey. Even the light meat is moist and succulent. Oh and when he deep fries a whole turkey. LOOK THE FUCK OUT; I'd eat the entire thing if I wasn't scared of falling into a everlasting itis coma.
Captain Planet 28 #28 Posted December 3, 2009 Please note when I say WAAAAAYY too dry, I exaggerate for dryness for me. Usually I counteract with gravy, cause gravy is godlike. That being said I still prefer the side-dishes to the turkey.

I stay away from deep fryers they scare me more than pressure cookers D:. God but turkey coma is so awesome. The dreams get so vivid and shiz. I also have a firm belief that Balsamic vinegar is like the ranch for cooking stuff. I use it on 98% of what I cook. lol.
