It's left the attackers timer the same as the defenders, leading to a lot of stalemate games. Not sure if this is a Valve issue with their latest patch or just a glitch on the Lotus servers. Anyone know? I dont have the answer but, that would be very strange if it were a value issue. Most likely a plugin of theirs got bugged or something, although I think lotus likes to use default spawn times for all servers which means it shouldnt really be a plugin. Outcast2 17 #7 Posted June 21, 2010 I can confirm this problem on the Lotus UK Dustbwol server , respawn times for blu is 17-20 seconds , sometimes it's 3 seconds and sometimes death after death 17-20 seconds. I was on stage 3 attacking and working fucking hard to win the game and the whole 16 players team got 20 seconds respawn time , we eventually gave up and coudlnd't win the game because of the respawn. For the retards who want no respawn (like on UKCS or some other bullshit server ) or like it like this let me explain it , the logic is this , blu at some point has to walk some ground to reach the next point/cart , red gets closer to the action with the respawn time around the corner , it's normal for the blu to have reduced respawn time because it has to 1. walk more ground 2. HAS to attack to win and can't camp a corner like the red's Valve like they change damage and attributes to classes in order to balance the game they too made that respawn time with some balance in mind so both teams can win. The servers who mess with the balance Valve worked hard for ( UKCS ) are just gay , in no respawn time servers is almost impossible to get past stage 1 in dustbowl if both teams are good , good players play only red because this way they always win , how gay is this , and they actually like it , they come to lotus and they are like WTF is wrong with the respawn . Now in the manner we are used to hopefully someone can fix this in the next years , i know no one gives a fuck about this but please , it's probably just a few command lines , a few minutes from your life Mana. It's a Valve Bot bug. You don't just simply edit a command line to fix it. LE Sorry Mana for my outburst , it's just that i love your servers so much that i hate it when things don't work. dubey 1 #18 Posted July 2, 2010 Only problem with the GR1 server now is the cart glitch on stage 3. I don't know how it happens but if the cart gets like half way down the last stretch towards the final point, the cart explodes for no reason and Blu wins.
