RFC 0 #1 Posted March 27, 2010 Hello. I joined a TF2-2fort server earlier and was banned in less than 60 seconds for no reason at all. I do not run any hacks or cheats and don't play on Lotus servers often so have no "history" so to speak. I did not chat to anyone, and was in game for probably less than 40 secs before being banned. username : fibonacci - steam id : 0:1:5789594 Console Readout - have screenshot too if required. Yes, I did see those lines, but wasn't exactly sure what they meant. I though it meant I was banned by member named boomroasted or members of boomroasted. I have never been banned from any server before, and took a readout of the console as per this site's FAQ. I am a total noob when it comes to these things, obviously. I also had no clue what boomroasted is until I googled "boomroasted + tf2" after seeing your post. I have only ever been a member of two groups - The offical Left4dead and Team Fortess 2 groups by Valve. I have not been a member of any other group nor boomroasted. Anyway, as said previously, I have only been to lotus servers a few times, but am always looking for good fun servers to play on, and have heard good things about lotusclan. I would appreciate it if you could please unban me, as I don't believe I did anything wrong. No worries either way. Thank You. tldr - Banned. Not member boomroasted - no clue who/what that is. I think I was perhaps mistakenly banned and the admin realized their mistake and rectified it later? Thanks for looking into it. I hope I don't get ninja banned again. hehe Back to the Fortress!
