|Pg| Darkness

Recommended Posts

Another hacker on 2Fort West Coast. This time it was |PG| Darkness at around 2:00 - past when I left close to 30-40 minutes later. He was using an obvious aimbot and likely a wallhack at certain points. Didn't change the fact that he can't play TF2 very well though.

His SteamID: 3126 "|PG| Darkness" STEAM_0:0:3579569 2:14:20 110 0 active

The demo file: http://nerdzrool.net/tf2/demos/pgdarkness.dem

Obvious things to look for when viewing the demo, as it is long (I made videos of specific parts if you wish for me to upload those as well. I just didn't want the looming engie update to break the demo before Lotus Staff gets the chance to see the demo):

I only got the tail-end of his sniper antics, but it was the sniper aimbot that lead to one of my friends telling me to come on and spec this guy. There isn't anything very obvious with his sniper on this demo, unfortunately.

He changes to Soldier with Direct Hit. You can notice his crosshairs and watch as he kills a spy that he could have never seen or even guessed entered the door. If it was a random spy checking, which it is obvious that it is not, he would have likely checked the other side. The spy did nothing to tip off his location, such as walking around with a depleted cloak meter.

He changes to Soldier with regular rockets at some point. Notice when he is spamming from battlements, very quickly, his crosshairs snap from someone on the battlements to someone at the enemy front entrance for a few brief moments. This is another very important giveaway. His aimbot changes from the obvious threats on the battlements (the snipers) to some insignificant threat that he can only see between the little metal frames that make up the bridge roof. He fires through the tiny opening in the bridge to fire a rocket at that person, before his crosshairs snap back to the battlement threats again. This snap behavior is because of his aimbot misbehaving.

He uses an ambassador spy, but clearly doesn't even understand how the weapon works, and fails horribly. But his first shots were often headshots. Crosshairs jerk around as usual.

He changes to heavy where his crosshairs going crazy as they do with all aimbotters shines when he is this class. There are tons of examples of his crosshairs doing aimbot behavior here. His time as heavy is his biggest give away.

He changes to medic for a bit. Not much, since he was a medic, but you can still see he has it on when he is firing at certain people.

He ends the demo as a heavy again, with his crosshairs giving it away again.

Thanks for reading.

Haha. Yeah. And when we informed you we've been recording the whole time, you suddenly stopped "shaking your heavy as you always do".

Regardless, demo speaks for itself. He wasn't even trying to hide it.

sounds to me like you have a personal vendetta against a donating player,

im a 47 year old man that plays this game for enjoyment, and have no reason to as you call it hack. i have been playing valve's half-life based games longer than you have kiddo. so if you want to call me a cheet that totaly up to you, But dont be angry if i play a little better than you, its only a game and is for fun, so please dont take it personal, i have been a member of CAL-I and CAL-P CS teams for many many years, so i have alot of experance at playing First person shooter games.

Nobody gives a shit that you're a donator, least of all Mana (he'll gladly take your money then ban you if you break the rules).

Josh will watch this demo. If it is indeed aimbotting, then you will be banned. Otherwise, you have nothing to worry about.

Oh, was about to submit it to Steambans so they could put him in their database, but I guess that's not really needed anymore.

i think there must be some sort of generator for it online, because every one I've seen has been like that. that, or every hacker is actually just one person with no ability to vary paragraph structure. and also, 47 is a bit too old if you're lying about your age, at that age you're at the point of internet creepo
