Lag With Ati Card

As you have seen, many people suffer problems with newer ATi graphic cards, but they download older drivers to fix it. I have ATi Radeon HD4890, and only drivers I could find for it is Catalyst, I tried all versions down to 8.1 (current is 10.7), but still the game lags when theres fire or a big battle. So I ask here, maybe someone could recommend me some working drivers to fix this, or maybe some other way. Thanks

Try not using the card

maybe try with compatibility mode in game folder on icon of a game press right mouse properties general tab

try with old system to launch
