When I joined spectator right after he killed me, he votekicked me twice and tried to voteban me. I then removed him from the game."

Hello, I have been away from home for a long time for family reasons. Anyways, I was banned back on June 27th of 2010. I remember what happened clearly, and I am confused as to what I did wrong. I do have an idea, and I offer an explanation and my apologies.

I had just recently made a donation to the servers. Using my new abilities, I was starting vote kicks for players that might be disruptive, afk, etc. Which I think is the idea behind the reward to people who donate. I noticed Josh was in spectator for a long time, and I honestly thought he was afk. As a result, I started a vote kick. It was successful, the people of the server voted to kick him. When he came back, he remained in spectator - completely silent. Had I known that he was an admin, or that he was spectating someone (especially me), I wouldn't have started the vote kicks. I understand that he wouldn't want to break his silence for such a reason, but in my own defense, I didn't know. I apologize and I hope you understand that I was unaware of the situation... I think my actions were reasonable.

I have been suspected of "cheating" on more than one occasion. I constantly deal with servers that have abusive admins and places that will ban you for any reason and label you a "hacker." I have not seen any proof, and there can't be any proof. I don't cheat. I have seen players vote to ban people for hacking while they were afk in spectator mode - on LOTUS CLAN SERVERS. It is easily for players to pass a vote for fun and many servers let admins get away for abuse.

I offer my apologies for the misunderstanding for the above votekicks.. and hope you understand that I am trying to contribute to the wellbeing of the Lotus Clan servers - by donating and by trying to clean out afks and abusive people. I also ask to see the demos you have recorded of me.

Once again, my apologies for the misunderstanding and thank you for your time. I hope to be back playing soon and I am still open to donating and seeing my old friends on the server.
