So, as you can see there are a lot of things that are pretty well known. Boom bitches a lot about team stacking and about class issues, and he gets votekicked. Sometimes he wins and stays on the server. You whine all day about anything you can think of and you get votekicked from the server. What a shame. Does Johnny and myself get votemuted just for joining the server? Yeah, its happened. Do you see me posting a ban thread on here because Johnny vote mutes me every time we play? Didn't think so. But here is the thing: You annoy the living piss out of people and there is no "mute" option for text. So people can stop mic spamming and then they cannot stop chat spamming so we just votekick you and get rid of your retarded ass.

Take last night for example. You wouldn't shut your pie hole about anything. We fired back and you just kept coming. So then we votekicked your ass. You came back, and were kicked again. A 3rd time you were kicked and yet you came back so we banned you. The ban PASSED with what? 5 VM and 5 TW players on the server. Thats (assuming we all voted to get rid of you) 10/34 players that voted yes. You need 28 votes yes to get banned for a guaranteed ban. I know there was at least 24/25 votes yes so some people didn't vote. But regardless, the people in question made up LESS THAN 50% OF THE VOTES NEEDED. So in reality, I think you should be making a ban thread for the rest of the server, not us. You are targeting us because it is easy to target whole groups rather than 15 individuals. So.. as I've told you several times.... Cry some more.

You have admitted to cussing out players for playing the "wrong" class on this thread. This is going to result in fighting and you are fully aware of that. People watching you start argument after argument are fully entitled to kick you for being disruptive, it's an option for a reason. Once again, stop acting like we singled you out for no reason.

The events you speak of happened last night 9/15/2010. Did I screen shot everything, no. Do I give a shit? No. I was probably calling you all terrible and bitches for team stacking, etc and you called me terrible and I fired back and so on and so on. So why weren't you guys vote kicked and banned? Let me explain what happened TONIGHT - 9/16/2010. I joined up around I dunno 8ish or whatever, played until just now, 12am or so. There was off an on maybe 1-2 Team Win(ish) members on and 1-2 VM players on. We had good even matches and some solid games. Score was almost even when the server reset. Was there bitching? Not really. Was there votekicking outside of afks? No. Well Bacon put in a votekick for me once I think because he said he was the best and I said "no" (oh the horror, ban him).

So you see, without a great presence of VM or Team Win, the server is great.

So please, take this an overwhelming hint to stay the fuck off lotus. Thanks.

Optimus when did I call you any names? When did I insult your intelligence directly? Never. Not in this thread anyway. Yet you feel the need to attack me. If you would like for me to point out I said there was off and on 1-2 Team Win, and 1-2 VM players on tonight throughout my time on the server. I even noted that Bacon tried to start a kick that failed. (because I called him bad, or disagreed with his oh so humorous "I'm the best" claims.)

It should be noted that these were mostly lesser abusers. Everyone got along just fine, and the games were great. Guaranteed if there was more of you guys it would've been shit, just like always. I would prefer more nights like tonight myself.

So lets try to stay polite shall we?

I don't really care how many people want me gone. Do I make teams uneven? Do I cause gameplay issues? Do I exploit or hack? The answer is No to everything (well maybe making teams uneven.. I am pretty, pretty good).

Point is I'm not disruptive or AS disruptive as your combined existence. Simply annoying some players with chat "challenges" isn't enough to warrant a ban, or even me leaving. Sorry but I'm here to stay.

On the topic of stacking I get the feeling you are the type of person who would try to ban the Patriots from the NFL for being stacked when they play the Lions. Look at that, team stack happens in real life. This is a public server on TF2 where it is just for fun and nobody is a professional. There is going to be variance in skill level and friends trying to play together with or without VM and Team Win. Players without a tag try to get on each others team all the time but I don't see a huge thread trying to ban them. Maybe you should start a thread to ban the adding friends system from Steam because the entire purpose of it is to help players game together. I have played on this server and basically nowhere else for over a year and have never seen this big a thread pop up until you showed up. I have never gotten heat for playing with friends before I put on a VM tag. Maybe from now on when I see you get on I'll just take it off and we will be in good shape.

I think for the most part Optimus hit the nail on the head. Before dragging my clan through the mud you should have maybe tried to contact me first so I can deal with any underlying issues, which I doubt are valid. We promote fun and coordinated team play, which is what this game is all about.

I seriously take it as a compliment that someone would come on here and start such a general thread to ban 2 whole clans because they want to play with their own. This whole stacking thing chalks up to complaining that a TEAM plays together on TEAM fortress. If none of us had tags on (which mean nothing btw, other than we are friends and roll together) then what would the problem be?

I think I remember seeing you on a few times \o/ and I seriously doubt you heard anything come out of my mic or my members mics other than coordination or a joke or 2, this is a game after all.

now this is the type of stuff that will get admins to listen to u. Just be sure to get another screen shot of him/her kicking u for just joining again. I really don't see or hear any problems of goldrush server 1 (east coast) than just poor behavior. Given, this is a public server and sometimes people say, "FUCK" ,"shit", sometimes because you killed them, they kill you alot, and people don't like how people play, but that's tolerable to a certain degree. Looking at the original list of problems you listed before stacking, donator abuse, respect for peoples game level, and attitude towards people the problem list has gotten smaller. Maybe Mana or Josh should turn on ALLTALK to see how everyone talks to each, because it seems the only problem I find between /o\ and the clans is their attitude and sportsmanship. I did hear people say in team chat " /o\ you suck, "Vm and teamwin are stacking FF", and other stuff on all chat that doesn't seem appropriate or deserved, so maybe people need to calm down a bit and start thinking how they've been treating each other. Before Mana or admin starts banning vm, teamwin, or /o\ for causing too many server problems. (donator abuse, accessive attitude use, spamming unneccessary text) Again, people can say fuck, shit, this player sux and doesn't deserve a medic, but saying things like this to people will eventually mark you for ban. Here's more. Time is 11:33pm est on Mon the 20th. Myelin joins and more team win/VM. They stack and start winning due to stack/heavy rush. Myelin starts umad spamming along with others. I refute with calm discussion, they continue to badmouth me. Tyler starts another kick.

More. I haven't said anything bad. My votekick against metallica was for chat spam. And of course everyone jumped on me. Optimus is the worst. He's just been attacking me all night for no reason.

Talk about someone who doesn't know when to stop. Myelin's posting of "chat logs" were one sided and out of context. Myelin posted a few screenshots of clear team stacking only further proves my point.

Last night I joined the server and after a reset I chose one team and stuck with it the entire time. As I said numerous times I would've gladly switched to the losing team, but you were on it. The one time I "stack" doesn't begin to equate to all the stacking and other bullshit you and your affiliates do on an almost daily basis. I also did it so maybe you would get a taste of your own medicine.

Here's what really happened. Myelin joined, Polska joined, a few others and all went to your team, intentionally probably (I know myelin for a fact). We lost a bunch of players and you guys stacked heavies and won a few rounds. Then we gained a better team after a few rounds of losing (badly I might add, ie "rolling"), started winning again.

I captured more last night but only posted the ones that passed (I think, lol). But it is a definite abuse, and was normally started by Tyler Durden, a friend of yours. He tried to do so many times before.

I'm not going to touch base on the fallacy of the vote system again, not worth my time.

Here's the bottom line though. I'm one person. You guys are a team, or teams. And you have more "associates" than just that team. So you have the ability to basically take over a server with just a bunch of people joining. You don't think that's a little askew? Congrats on wanting to play with your friends. But you should also want a fair, or as fair as possible game. Wouldn't that be more fun? No, you're not interested in having fun. I really find it funny that you guys keep talking about how I have no friends and that's what I'm complaining about. Sad attempts at attacking a person really. I don't come here to make friends. I used to play on lotus goldrush servers because they were stable and had good players, but I'm finding that might not be as true anymore.

Also, for my final note. All this "pro" and "skill" and whatever else I say is ONLY after you guys start shit. And it's the same dumb shit that myelin and his buddies spam all the time.

well first thing u might want to stop talking about is the teamstacking. I said it once and I'll say it again "teamstacking is not against the server rules", so u can talk about it, complain all day long, but that's not gotta help. Obviously, people could stack the server 8 to 1, but still won't get ban for it because it's not breaking the rules. I already mention tips on ways to make teamstacking easier for newbs and regulars to play, so you just have to deal with it the best you can. If Tyler Durden is not part of TM/VM (like creampuffness said "we are in no way associated with him") then post about his donator abuse on another thread with a lot of believable evidence.

So you might want to just focus more on their way of treating people with proper attitude(text chats,voice mics) and fair gameplay ( using no hax or not doing things against the rules)

By looking at all the evidence so far (pretty sure this will go on forever) the attitudes seem to be the main problem to me. Just like I mention on my previous post, someone had enough of the fucks, shits, dominating your ass, mvp that round, am better than you, skill is shit without medic, try your skill on other maps, play without help,(the best and only real way) so try working it out. You guys have been playing together for months or years for some, so talk it out or something useful. If you got the energy to play this long with everyone than you got energy to waste fixing it.

p.s. Maybe it's best if some people don't say "fuck u suck change to a different class", " shit this is easy we rock", or don't talk. (including text chats) Although you might feel your constructive criticism is needed and only saying what needs to be done to get your team to win, but words like that, shouting, spamming u suck, killed u again, is not helping people.

You are the most annoying son of a bitch in this server. You make Mylein, Boom, Metallica look like saints in this server. You bitch about the stack ALL the time. Stacking isn't against the rules. You get vote kicked by people because you are irritating to EVERYONE. Donors can't votekick you, they can only start the votekick. Guess what, it's funny........the fine majority of the server always votes you out because you're such a prick to everyone.

Usually, every time I come in.....it's VM versus Team Win. They usually play on opposite teams and go against each other. A few rage on either side and then the other team is left "stacked".

I don't abuse my donor privs. I hardly even use them. Funny, the only time I do use them is when there is an AFK or to kick your ass for non-stop chat spam and bitching.
