Ownage.HN 0 #1 Posted September 24, 2010 I, "Ownage.HN" STEAM_0:0:3304193, was banned from your CS:S "LotusClan.com | OFFICE | Texas" server (208.115.218.39:27015) at approx 3:25pm CST by I believe "(gwb) P4" for "Hacking." About 25 rounds in, I was around a score of 50-10 running around killing people with an M4/AK + Deagle + grenades the entire time. Supposedly I was cheating somewhere during that time period but I wasn't. I hope P4 took a demo before I was banned so you could see. Ironically I wasn't using any sound whatsoever. So take that into consideration if a demo was recorded. Usually my wallhack accusations come from my ability to hear where players are at. Regardless, I've been playing this game for many years. My account was created in June, 2004 for starters. I've played competitively off and on since I started. I'm sure you can find my Steam ID listed in past CAL/ESEA rosters somewhere. Could I please be unbanned because I like your servers? Another note: I've been playing in your servers for the past month or so (or longer!). I've always done well. 205 P4 12 #2 Posted September 24, 2010 -Ownage was banned for a day for ghosting, I dont believe he was walling even tho as soon as I went spec he totally changed his game play. Infact he started camping office as he knew I was watching. Other people in the server started joining spec and watching and they all said he was either walling or ghosting. Lotus is a excellent server to play on with great reg and there is no reason to come in there and cheat in any way shape or form. Again this is a 1 day ban... I'm not sure which mystery movies you've seen or novels you've read recently but I assure you that I am not some kind of cheat going undercover. Furthermore, I'm not quite sure what you mean by that it was 'definately obvious,' or more accurately 'definitely obvious,' that I was trying to hide something, Detective P4. Suggesting that players are cheating just because they 'change their strategy at the same time you go spec' is a horrible way to maintain a server and I really do hope those that gave you such privileges should question the power level of your admin ability. I can very well 'change my strategy' (what ever that means) at any time I want on the game that I paid for, unless it conflicts with a rule on the server that another party paid for. Is there a rule against it on this server? I do frequent the server alot and I dont see you in the server ever! infact today was the first time. I have looked at your stats and there is not 1 single person that has more kills on you than you do them. I did watch you play at times and the actions I seen were either of a waller or ghosting. For someone that does not play office that much you knew every corner and camp spots of the opposing team, not typical of one that frequents our office server. When some of the top ranked players start iming me telling me to watch you because you are prefiring corners when people are there and not prefiring when there is no one there. Then yes...the admin must take measures"detective p4" to see If the person is cheating or not. Again as soon as I went to spec, you would camp office and not get a kill. I would also like to point out that even your own team was trying to get rid of you. I try to admin the server to the best of my ability to keep it full, and free of BS.
