A cheat is a cheat and while most newbs don't or wouldn't know the difference. A snipers rifle is a powerful weapon and the makers of valve put limits on it for a reason. The time it takes to power up the rifle while scoped is there to limit the number of kills one would normally get in a given period. If you take those limits off say making the power static regardless of time or having to reset the time to charge if you unscope to see better, then you are cheating. A sniper with the ability to fire his weapon at will while powered up is cheating, even if the weapon is powered half way. This cheat I suspect gives the user unlimited range as too how much the rifle is powered quarter , half , three quarter , full. You get the idea, now couple that ability with an aim bot and it's ridiculous. Lately while playing on the lotus Chicago and east coast 2fort servers I've been running into atleast one or more snipers with this ability at the same time! It's gotten to the point where 2 snipers can hold down an entire side of players, If the powers that be care anything about the integrity of fair game play plz look into this matter ASAP.
