It's hidden somewhere in the talktools addon, but it's the perfect balance between alltalk and teamonly. You have one bind for talking to your team, and another for chewing the fat with the opposition. Beats the crap out of alltalk, which has a tendency to ruin any tactical play, and is an improvement on teamonly, where you only get to chat to half the server.
