I was playing... in the LotusClan server 24/7 Dust2, like I do, almost everyday.

I put up with this admin's annoying autotuned voice (which makes him sound like a prepubescent punk) more than enough.

I finally told him to shut the hell up, votemuted him, and continued to tell him to shut up and turn his annoying ass autotunes off (after all, he IS an admin, why should he try to make us think that he's a prepubescent little shit?)

After all this, he muted me (I don't even USE my mic that often, so whatever) and then continued to kick me... one after the other, this went on for 3 kicks.

After I rejoined, I joined the OPPOSITE team, and told him how glad I was to be able to kill him

So... he banned me for "Spam/Disruptive" ---- For 30 minutes (checked console) for also "Go be a deuche somewhere else"

However, I think it reasonable to strip his powers, and ability to talk via microphone (mute) for however long...

Some people, OTHER than regular players, need to learn to suck up criticism (in this case, his annoying ass autotunes voice) and grow the hell up.

Also, to mention, another player (|FTH| [T]ry.hard) told him to not use autotunes. In my words: To prove he wasn't some prepubescent child.

LOL, are you kidding me? If you are really bothered by my voice that bad, all you had to do was hit escape, go to player list, and then hit mute. Instead you told me to shut the hell up for no good reason, other than the fact that you dont like my voice. After i kicked you, then you started spamming chat with this nonsense about autotune voice. You received a 30 min ban to cool off and think about your stupidity. I was never even talking to you in the first place, I was talking to another player at the end of a round and here you come out of nowhere.

You shouldn't take things so seriously @dam. People are gonna try to get umad. If you cant take it, id say you aren't qualified. Additionally, kicking someone repeatedly is silly. And a 30 minute ban?

I joined the server, joined the team you WEREN'T on, typed "I'll have fun kill*ing* you now," and wanted to continue playing the game.

IMMEDIATELY after I pressed enter, you had kicked me again. I think there were another 20 people on the server to confirm this, too, by the way.

As the other two up top said, in short, "Chill."

I, simply, just did not want to hear that autotunes.

Perhaps in the future, @dam, act not out of personal interest or revenge, but out of the interest of the players in the server. He has every right to start votes, and they are just that - votes. It is within his rights as a player to start and participate in votes. Your job is to help keep the server free of hackers and asshats, not to ban people who start votemutes because your voice may be annoying.

Well i consider this player to be an asshat. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS HIT ESCAPE, GO TO PLAYER LIST, AND MUTE. I dont mind if he starts a votemute, which he did and it failed.

No i do not have an "autotune" on my voice. I have a regular microphone and a regular voice.You can ask any player that plays on your dust_2 Texas server if they have ever heard me using an autotune voice or a modified voice in any way and the answer will be no. Kid Hero is a Blatant Retarded Liar saying i use autotune in my voice. Kid Hero simply doesnt like my voice for his own personal reasons and He simply told me to shut the hell up after he initiated a votemute and it failed, instead of hitting escape and going to player list and muting. But hey, if you want to take his word over mine thats cool. Ban me for using autotune even though i have never used autotune in my voice. I keep the server clean and hacker free, i spend a lot of time recording demos and spectating people. I suppose i am unqualified for admin krash.

If... and IF your mic is FUBAR, making it SOUND like an autotuned voice... then first of all, you shouldn't use it anyways BECAUSE it is annoying as fuck, which YOU should know, and also be aware that OTHER players, such as myself, don't like it. In fact, in most cases, broken mics are NEVER used.

A bad connection is a shitty excuse.. that would explain a choppiness in you speaking, not a robotic voice that is as annoying as a little girl, screaming and yelling while running in circles at a goddam daycare center.
