Are the same person. He was VAC banned for hacking. He used to rage aimbot toggle whenever he got owned by snipers. Of course he would first make sure there were 0 spectators on and as soon as someone went spec he'd switch classes. He's back now, with the same name. Since we know now via VAC-ban that he hacked for months on the servers can we please get rid of him now?

Well, for proof that he hacked, Vac already banned him for hacking. That's proof right there. For you to get VAC banned you have to be hacking. Very rarely are VAC bans wrong. So the fact that he cheated is not in dispute. My question is, what would I need to make a demo of to prove to you that he's the same guy?

If you look at the two profiles I linked, they're both from Canada, use the same names, and have never been on at the same time even though they both play very frequently (Nearly every single day) on the same server. How often do you see two people have the same in-game name play every day on the same server, yet somehow they never play together?

Ever since the account he played with almost every day got banned, his other account has been used much more frequently. You can just look at their usage rates and connection times and tell that they are the same person. They both talk and act the same way, too, which is completely trollishly, but that's anecdotal, I realize that.

But hypothetically, even if he doesn't use hacks on his un-VAC-banned account, what exactly is your policy on this? If a guy comes in to your servers, gets VAC-banned for hacking, then comes back under the same name and you're sure that it's him, what is your course of action? Let him be until he hacks again? Are you going to let a proven hacker stay on your servers? One thing is clear, he's USED hacks and gotten caught.

Not sure what the admins will do in this case, but in the future it's in your best interest to post a demo. (It seems obvious to me they are the same person) People can come in here and say anything.

The bottom line is, if someone comes in our server and hacks, we will ban him. But just because someone has hacked, that doesn't necessarily mean they still do. But thats usually the case. But were not going to assume, okay?

Like i said, if he comes in and starts hacking, and someone records it, he will definitely get banned.

I see. Well, thanks for your response, I'll try to get a demo of him hacking again. I'm sure you realize how frustrating it might be to know for a fact that this guy has used hacks to kill me and others on this server in the past, gotten caught and banned for it, but still allowed to play on it.
