He is pretty good at hiding it: he will turn it off after the first kill or two in a round. He also doesn't fire until he is already pointing near the enemy, so it can be hard to tell. In this 5 minute demo I recorded you can see very clear evidence of cheating at around tick 18000. He instantly snaps to headshot on his first bullet for several enemies in succession.
