Brenardo 1 #1 Posted July 21, 2011 Ban Request - THE ***** July 20, 24/7 2fort Insta-Spawn, 11 pm I started a votekick on him for being afk/Idle (which I admit that he wasn't, I was just mad at him) but anyhow, it got 86% of the votes AND FAILED. It said 99% were required... Then when the timer was up he started a voteban on me for ""raging asshole" and got only 68% of the votes but the *BAN* (not kick) went through... Reason: "raging asshole. There wasn't a percent on my console since I was the one banned, but if you count them up, it's 15 yes's and 7 no's. That's 15/22 yes votes which is only 68%; yet a voteban passed. Unless this is really an update on your servers, this guy blatantly changed the kick/ban requirements. I have no clue how one would do this as I'm not a programmer or anything... but he definitely did. Mana 3,867 #2 Posted July 21, 2011 (edited) Due to the vote abuse I changed the vote delay to 230 seconds and increased the votekick, but I forgot about voteban. This all looks fine to me. Naturally it won't stay at 99% but it's so people like you don't do nonsense votes. 230 second delay between votes is staying though.
