rock_lobster 1 #1 Posted August 7, 2011 I play on your TF2 2Fort server every so often and I was just there a few mins ago. I was vote kicked, and I'm not entirely sure why. I was playing spy (which I rarely play), communicating with team effectively and was doing very well in terms of score. I wasn't mic/chat spamming nor was I breaking any server rules (to my knowledge) and I was votekicked by the members on the server at the time. Is there a rule against being a spy that I am not aware of? I'm baffled at the kick. Any info you can give would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Gotcha 6,307 #2 Posted August 7, 2011 It would help if you provide the reason for what they kicked you, screenshots or check what people were talking about. From what you are telling there's nothing wrong. There is no restriction or rule against playing any class you like, or about class mechanics. Even if you would have a bad score, that's no reason to be kicked either. Serious reasons to be kicked are generally being afk or extreme douchebaggery. My guess is, if your score was decent, someone got mad or frustrated of your success (over him), and decided to call a votekick against you for false reasons.

That's the only reason I can gather. Under reason, it said "N/A". So I'm guessing your assumption is correct. Just wanted to make sure, so I didn't do the same thing twice. Thanks for your help.
Gotcha 6,307 #4 Posted August 7, 2011 You can help us out by reporting them in the "ban request" section (afaik donor can't be removed, and abuse is a ban-able offense) with proof and in the proper format.
