So is there going to be a staff of this site, or moderators to be precise?

Yes, every community has its staff it cannot be managed just by an admin, of course if its bigger. We are going to make moderators as it grows but as it isn't active yet and we have just started out me and 1nsane will manage for now. As it gets larger and more wild we will need to select mods.

We will need staff, but not until we grow to many many members. In the hundreds atleast, the ammoun't of members is nothing. The ammount of active members is everything. For example we have 200 members but only 40 are active. For that we should need no more then 2 admins, which we have now. Sorry the member number you got is the one you got, many people won't post until its active but what many people forget that its them who could get it active.

I wouldn't mind it if I was a member. Think about it this way. If the site goes well and if we have our comrades come back and reform the once and still great Battle Realms #7 will be a god to those who are #2000. You'll be "elite" Wolf, trust that

Nope sorry, it would mean database editing but it could easily mess up alot of things. heh 7 is still pretty low, once more people join theill see the number as being low

Yes, true but I would like recognition for an elite, and active member. And I highly doubt well get 200. We may get up to 50 or so.

Elite doesn't go out for just being active. Elite goes out for being helpful, active, and people respecting you for what you brought, the way you behave and if people like you enough. The old site had 3000+ members it was years ago but it can be achieved too. Not right away but it can. I think we'll get more then 50

The ones that are inactive will be forgotten nothing given to them. The ones that are active won't receive elite or mod. As I said the helping, active, and respected is in many people trust them to be a sturdy leader to follow. Right now nothing willbe handed out, only 7 members. We need to have the forums active and get more and more memmbers to join and once thats done will hand out a couple of positions. Im an admin, the admin group hasn't been set up yet. Were trying to adjust the forums.

No future leaders. Only mods and some Elite members which don't have power just are respected for helping us. The leaders are 1nsane and I, if we ever select a 3rd admin it will be someone we trust and know and will help us grow even more.

Ok heres the plan. You wont attract many people here by being unkown players. You gotta get some rep, win some wars make a stand. I wasnt good at the game for backing down to anyone, but i wasnt the best (just one of them ^^). So after you done that recruit some people who are active, set up a Teamspeak server. This isa pretty large task but maybe its manageble. Get some screenshots up here of victories then people will be interested. I mean here, some of my last fewmatches on BR

P.S. If you havnt got a clan tag already, i suggest something like BR-Staff-Waki. then you can show the community you mean business. just my 2 cents

Yeah there still will be one and yeah im waiting for Tournaments too, a full br game of 8 people lets hope! I know my fiber optic connection can handle it no problem (10mb down 6mb up!)
