N-camon 8 #1 Posted August 20, 2011 A couple days ago, I went into a Best Buy to kill time as I was waiting for a tire change. They don't care for me much, now anyways. I kinda helped a guy more make a game purchase being more informed then the guy who is paid to help people make game purchases. I don't work there so some of my suggestions where to lead him else where. But as we stared at the PC games, they where still selling TF2 for $9.99. I asked the guy there if he knew that game is now distributed for free, and he came back with a snappy remark. So right in front of the employee there, I gave full information to the customer there about steam. How to get it, what it does, and what he could find there. I also listed a number of games they had on the shelf that could be found on steam for anywhere to $10~20 cheaper then Best Buy. The sales guy walked off not happy, and I have brought someone new to TF2. Hi, I'm Ncamon. Bombz 31 #3 Posted August 20, 2011 Imagine, you own a store, buy a lot of XXXX games to sell them. Then a week later (Extreme example, but point still remains) the developer gives the game away. The last thing I bought from Bestbuy was my current mouse, which is in dire need of replacing, and payed almost 15$ more then if I bought it off of Newegg or some other site. I learn lesson sir.
