Friend said that he could be hacking spec'd him and recorded a demo looks like no recoil probably forgot to turn if off for tf2, Screen shakes way to much when he's shooting stickies . Showed it to a couple of friends and they agree.

Uncle Phil is and was Me Krits Kringle. Those of you who know me know I am a Donator and play daily. Those who started this ban was none other than Hello Ladies aka Duncan Construction aka the most big mouth player to ever play this game. I was admin on many servers. One of which Duncan was banned from by the Owner of the Ultima Server. This ban was by the owner not me. But I added my two cents and said to the owner I felt he was a bit shady and he also threatened one of my Clan members.

[DeX]Mafioso who plays on your West Coast server (I am really [DeX]Krits Kringle) He threatened Mafioso and his family on driving over there and killing his whole family. Hello Ladies is a big mouth who if he kills you all you hear is your my Bitch and I own your ass ect ect. I play to have my team win. I play my hardest to accomplish that goal. I could care less whether or not I get killed by any one player by a 3 to 1 margin or not. My goal to to do whatever I can (without cheating as I hate cheaters) to win.

My whole family plays here and we came in as Uncle Phil and Hilary Banks and DJ Jazzy Jeff. Many know my style of play and I have played demo for 1500 Hours. I have played nothing much but Dustbowl so I feel I am rather pretty good at it. I am in no way the top player as I get my ass handed to me on a regular basis. But I find it really hard to see myself getting banned because I am in no way cheating. Ask many players. TOMO, Akluha One and Zero, Glock 19, anyone who plays with me knows I get beat but I play hard. Sorry if I get on your nerves but I know the map very good.

WOW! Nice Demo shows me killing one person Hello Ladies and getting killed one time. And spamming out the Spawn doors. Great Aimbot I shot like 200 pipebombs and killed like 4 people. Nice to see they were all Hello Ladies LOL! Maybe I have just a Hello Ladies Aimbot. Yeah thats it. I would hardly feel I would play most everyday. talk on the servers and Donate to them if I was a cheater. That Demo was at a bad time Hell I killed way more than that last night LOL! I do better when I'm not harrassed by a certain few and team stack the other side just to play against me. They knew who I was. Just my game style I play people know. Sorry if playing good is cheating then yep I cheat very good.

I will add that Mana plays with me many times. And I will bet he never felt I was cheating. That was a lame Demo. Hell I killed 307 People last night and like 119 deaths. I know I had better moments than what was in that Demo. And the Demo can't be by Hello Ladies cause he was playing. DB LALA was in spec mode when I heard he was feeling I was cheating. So perhaps Goblin is him. Don't matter let me know I will take my clan else where if you feel that lame Demo was me cheating.

[Dex] Krits Kringle? I've played with him in Chicago Dustbowl many hours and have never thought he was hacking. The only thing he's guilty of is sounding like a hillbilly on the mic =)

I have played with him in the server as well and not once did i think that he was hacking... he's a good demo and knows the map and knows how to use his SKILL at playing demo to do well in the game... no hacking needed. In all the times i've been a medic to Krits, not once did i see anything questionable happen. He's just a sweet guy having some fun on the server playing the game just like everyone else...Leave him alone because he happened to kill you in game...

Mafioso is the most quit person I know and this I have in out Forum that you threatened him and his family just a bit before or after Obama got elected. Be that as it may I offer to anyone who lives near me to watch me play. Also anyone is more than welcome to see my Steam folder. At a 2.15 K/D ratio I find it hard to believe anyone feels I'm cheating.

And defending myself often is what I feel I should do. And my hand mouse shacking is due to a High Sense on my mouse. I like it that way. Don't make me feel like I have to barf and I can spin around with just a push of the mouse. it's not a cheat just my settings that I like. I have heard that some feel this is a NO RECOIL hack LOL! wtf is that? My files are completely open. But I say this Check me from top to bottom and anyone close to me is welcome to watch me play. Check my files. In the end when I am 2 Million percent sure there is not a scrap of anything in here I vote a ban on the accusers. And yes that is my real picture. Come visit me and find out.

I am googling No Recoil Hack does anyone know where to find such a thing to explain it cause that is how much I know about it. Sounds like a when you don't know why someone plays good it's gotta be a hack.

My kill to death ratio does not support a hack. Look to other players with a 4 to 1 or 5 to 1 Kill ratio. Not someone with a 2 to 1 ratio. Sounds to me like a bunch of sour grapes players. As I said accuss me if you want. But I feel there should be a punishment for those who accuse a innocent player. Look to a Bombz or someone who comes in and rapes the whole server. Not my old ass. What you people who accuse are you to good at TF2 that I can't kill you often? Is my screen shacking all you got cause from these demo's all I see is me getting a few kills maybe and dying. I play with Kringle a lot too. He's a good player no doubt, but the demos make it more than clear that he was up to something. Who else likes to shake their mouse constantly in little circles when shooting stickies? Its not natural.

I think sometime in that 1495 Hours someone would have caught me at cheating. I have played a lot of TF2 and I have been accused many times of cheating. But never from people who have played with me day in and day out for over a year. These DB people should be a shamed of themselves accusing me of this. And the only thing they have to go on is the Demo's of shacking. Please!

I know the map well and I have played a ton of Demo Time. You can accuse me all you want. As I said I offer my Steam account to any who wants to look. I would not have a clue as to how to cheat because I would have no interest in cheating.

There is nothing else I can say other than check my stuff or come over for a beer. I don't drink personally but we are nice people and will treat you like family. I build my own computers you can even check out my stuff

What in the world does moving your mouse or if it's a hack as people say do for you? Does that hit people better if you turn in little circles? Cause from what I saw in the demos was me missing a lot. Those circles don't hit very good.

And Natural is how you play. To me I am not turning in little circles. I don't know how watching someone else shows up? Is it exactly as I do or could it be that the watching of someone causes a bit of shack. I will be Demoing you guys tomorrow to see how you shake.

Why are you talking about statistics vs DB and this Duncan Construction guy when it had nothing to do at all with LaLa reporting this? It's like you went off on some tangent trying to invalidate something visually seen in a demo.

I know that sometimes demos display quirkiness and aren't always an 100% accurate representation of mouse movement but I've never seen a demo of a player where whenever he shoots the screen bounces up and down like that.

Well I see someone (Me) chucking Pipebombs out the door at spawn and this No Recoil hack must suck if I had it cause I hardly hit anyone. I explained this hack to my son and he told me that a No Recoil hack would show a (he is really into AG an old Half Life Game where Counter Strike Came From) and he plays tourney's all the time. So I think he knows what he is talking about. He explains a No Recoil Hack as a hack that when the player shoots all shots are in a straight line and there is no random pattern to the shots. If you were to shot say the Heavy gun all the bullets would be in a straight line. Not shot all over. Sorry I had to actually ask him cause I never heard of such a thing.

I will also add for character support I have worked for the past 15 years with the State Police in my state taking care of the communications. 3rd party stuff but I am screened regularly and I am a nice honest person. My son also said if your running a No Recoil Hack you would be spinning around in circles. Not moving your mouse around You would be physically spinning around in circles. I have a thread here of a guy cheating like that and I got them banned from this server. Whenever the guy shoots he stops and kills everyone around him without aiming. Then he goes to spinning around in circles again like the Tasmania Devil. That is a No Recoil Hack Aimbot my son said.

The fact that I move my mouse around a bit cause I have a high setting on the mouse and I'm sure it is exaggerated on a third party Spectator means nothing. In those demo's Im spamming out the Spawn door and mostly never hitting anyone. Some cheat like hits every 1 percent of the time. Anyone live near Western PA who wants to see my Steam folder or I would even let someone mobile link but that would say I moved files that way so in person would be more of a true for sure that I don't cheat.

I enjoy getting into people's faces to ruin a Uber. I have lots of deaths cause I push up and in to far but I feel I have to to make my side push harder.

So whatever I'm done here I hope. Ban me if you want. Just remove my donations if you do. But it would be an unjust Ban cause I don't not have I ever cheated at any game. There is no honor or satisfaction to me from winning while cheating. I'm good at the map cause I have played it a ton as you can see at one position mostly. And this game the more you do unbelievable things the more the game seems to give you unbelievable shots and moves more. Like the more you hit the more crits that seem to come out. I have fast hands and one of them is messed up now due to getting hurt at work. I can watch a gate and sticky trap it good. That is what I meant by people know my style. That is no contradiction I want to see how other people show up on a demo and see if maybe the shaking is due to a 3rd party demo of someone. Tomo and Akula are good friends this is true. But I'm nice to everyone and I make friends easily. I have also played this game for 5 years so I know many many many people. My friends list is huge and I have even more in other games I play like COD. So yeah I told them of this and they are respected players. Tomo is one of the best players I have seen at this game. Never suspected you, and I'm typically good at picking up on when someone is walling or aimbotting. I just can't explain what the hell is showing in your demo, which looks like no recoil to me. Pretty much been playing FPS games since 96 or so and have seen it all, have yet to see anyone in TF2's view look that way unless something was up. Also, your son may know more than you but he clearly is confusing no recoil with no spread.

But if you've watched the demo they recorded, you'd know that you can't explain that kind of movement with a high sensitivity, it's not natural at all. I know that TF2 and then the other source based games are really weird with demo playback at times but I just don't know what's the explanation for that kind of thing in your demo. It doesn't seem to do it until you fire, which is precisely what a no recoil would do, too. I think people are under the assumption that you've left a no recoil feature enabled on your hack when TF2 doesn't really have a recoil, or visual kicking of the weapon. That wouldn't entirely explain why it doesn't happen with your GL, though.

Basically, recoil would cause your weapon to have it's aiming direction modified as you fire, usually increasing in force the more you hold down the button. (You CS:S Veterans may better explain this than I, since I don't play CS) But in TF2, firing doesn't modify where you're aiming as you fire.

I been playing on Lotus before Kringle started. He used OP demo class and was at the bottom tier compared to most of the good regulars he mentioned. Kringle, was consistently at the bottom, I won't give you my krit or uber during that time. One day, he hit top of the list vs the reg joes. Next day, hes on top again...(Getting on the top 3 round after round not just playing for hours before game resets.) I pm'd a few of the names you mentioned. Even couple of the names you said would vouch for you. They told me, they didn't think so. Now that the video came out, this come to no surprise to me. Even though, you played demo alot, your improvement was pretty overnight. Seriously, from a bottom bitch to top 3? No chance buddy.

I'm for certain that the request to ban Krits Kringle was made out of insufficient knowledge on how hacks truly work. I often hear people who act like they know how to spot a cheater... 95% of these people dont know how to truly spot one. Bombz commented that I (Krits' son) am confusing no recoil with no spread, which is completely false. If you look up recoil on google, you'll find that recoil (a synonym for the word kickback) is the "backward momentum of a gun when it is discharged". In virtually all games, you can see that when a player is cheating, the absence of recoil when a player is cheating causes the no spread effect, therefore they are synonymous with each other. When this happens, that most certainly means that an aimbot is enabled, although in some rare cases a player can have the no recoil effect without an aimbot present. (This is, as you refer it to, displayed in some "CS" games that you'll find cheaters in). So, essentially, if you're accusing Krits of having no recoil enabled then you're also accusing him of aimbotting. I can tell you that this is clearly and utterly false. There wasn't enough accuracy or hits to even be considered remotely close to a hack. Both of those demos, being reviewed by anyone who is familiar with cheats or has been around the FPS scene for quite some time, are a complete joke. Even if they did look like he had norecoil on.. you still lack sufficient evidence to enact a ban.

Here comes the part you didnt know..

-Some time ago, Krits fell off his truck at work and severely screwed up his thumb. After surgery, he learned he would never be able to fully regain control of the use of his thumb. If you watch him play, as I have, many many times, you'll learn that he uses quick, sharp movements to control his character in-game. The reason? For starters, he's always been a gamer that uses a high sensitivity. Secondly, his lack of mobility in his hand makes using a high sensitivity optimal, as he can play for an extended period of time by using his hand less. Had he been using a REAL cheat in the game, this up-and-down motion he uses when he fires pipe bombs and stickies would be MUCH MORE profound, and much crazier.

... a true hack would consist of Kris' crosshair on his pipe bombs to land EXACTLY on the model. This is what an aimbot does. No matter how you move the mouse, when you do fire, its dead on. In fact, you'll see a slight crosshair snap and lock-on in the demo above that demonstrates what I'm talking about.

This, in addition to wrapping his wrist/thumb in an ace bandage, makes playing TF2 a bit more comfortable. Less moving, less hurting. You can see that even when Krits is walking normally in the game, when he turns a bend the mouse movements are very fast and sharp.

If need be, I'll take my camera and make a video of him playing, it makes no difference to me.

Perhaps it is a setting I have or the video drivers or something like that. I was only saying what my son had said as i had no clue as to what the cheat was. I do not like being cheated and I would never cheat anyone else. And as many pipebombs as I tossed out that door if I had a aim hack I would have been hitting a lot more people. I been playing on Lotus before Kringle started. He used OP demo class and was at the bottom tier compared to most of the good regulars he mentioned. Kringle, was consistently at the bottom, I won't give you my krit or uber during that time. One day, he hit top of the list vs the reg joes. Next day, hes on top again...(Getting on the top 3 round after round not just playing for hours before game resets.) I pm'd a few of the names you mentioned. Even couple of the names you said would vouch for you. They told me, they didn't think so. Now that the video came out, this come to no surprise to me. Even though, you played demo alot, your improvement was pretty overnight. Seriously, from a bottom bitch to top 3? No chance buddy.

I played as DeX Bitchslap at first and I was 1.89 K/D which is respectable but as I said as you learn people's habits you get better. OT, but K/D is absolutely no justifications in how good you are. You've said it yourself, you do what it takes to win, that's what makes you a good player and separates you.

Some players are A-Ok with their team losing as long as they maintain their 10:1 K/D ratios. I've come across some players (Not gonna say any names) who can't even sticky jump properly and still have really good HLStats. It's not hard to game the HLStats system. Play like a pussy, get an actual POCKET medic, not a medic who realizes who to give ubers to, a medic who literally follows you, and play the game for stats and even you could get a 10:1 K/D, Krits.

No Bombz I use a Logitech G9X . It took me awhile to get used to it cause I had a Microsoft Intellimouse that I loved but it broke The G9X has like 6 settings and that button that ups the Sense more is right where my big fingers hit it all the time. So sometimes my sensitivity is to high and I spin around nasty like. Also when I reformat it takes me a few days to get the settings right on this thing cause it also has a refresh rate of 500 that I have to set to 1000 cause it is choppy.

I was at work 4 years ago and fell 12 feet from the top of my truck and broke my thumb on my right hand off. They pieced my thumb back together but I have a hard time using my thumb. Also they used a tendon from my forearm to use as a CMC bone in my palm of my hand since I crushed my bone. I was playing TF2 right after the operation in about a week with a cast on my hand LOL! I just love the game. I was still (for the person calling me the bottom of the list player) a 1.5 K/D ratio with a full cast on my hand and I could barely reach the mouse buttons because of the bulk in the plaster.

But no I use a laser mouse now. They at first discontinued the Intellimouse so I was at a lose as to what to use. My son talked me into this mouse.

Focusing on a curse word under the assumption that I said it to further my point doesn't further your point, either. Kind of like if I pointed out the difference between "You're" and "Your".

Their functions are different, the only thing synonymous about the two is that they're interacting with the gun/weapon. Bullets are firing from the gun in to the same spot (No Spread), no recoil is preventing the gun from kicking and causing aim repositioning.
