Banned For A Non-Existing Aimbot

Well I was banned for no reason. I dont have Parkenson and I dont cheat but whatever. I pay money to this server and please remove my contributions to it. Also since I pay money and I can't play any more I believe you owe me whatever money is left from the last time I paid. A Aimbot would have killed everyone. I killed hardly no one. but hey it's your server and if you want to call me a cheater so be it. How anyone could think I could have a aimbot with not hardly killing anyone is beyond me LOL! Yeah I kind of find it funny how you got banned and no one took me up on the offer to record a LIVE CAMERA video of you playing. I guess people who are good get banned to limit the levels of competition in this game. I'm disappointed that the members that play in the server (Bombz in particular) took more interest than the person (that jew guy) who does the bans. You cannot judge whether Krits is legitimate or not from those demos provided. Mouse shakes don't mean aimbot. You should be banned for being dumb enough to ban under lack of substantial evidence.

That's what the appeal process is for, I'm sure if someone who can figure out what may cause this behavior in spectator comes along and says "Do this to cause it" it'll happen and he will be unbanned.

I understand how it looks, that's why I offered to shoot a video of him playing. It's how he plays. Just because you've never seen someone play that way doesn't mean it's a cheat. It's not even a problem that is fixable.

You misunderstood what I said. I said that I'm angry at the fact that you took more initiative to figure out what the real problem was than the admin who has all of the authority.

By all means post it, there is no reason why you shouldn't if it is important enough to be unbanned for. They're just doing their jobs as admins to ban things that look suspicious, that looks suspicious. I think it's more than just a simple moving the mouse, I think it has to be a combination of erratic mouse movement and some bad settings that is causing that REALLY weird movement that only seems to happen when he fires his stickies.

My point is that as an admin you have to take some initiative. If you cannot be 100% positive that there is cheating taking place, then don't do it at all.

BY the way if you review the demo of him supposedly aimbotting provided in the other thread you'll notice that his stickies were NOWHERE CLOSE to the models of the opposing players. In fact, 99% of that entire demo was of him standing in the spawn just spamming in a straight line outside the spawn area. This is really the worst evidence of "hacking" I've seen in my life. I never bothered to watch the demo until now because I'm 110% certain he doesn't cheat. I mean really guys, has anyone else watched it? Can you really call that an aimbot? When someone uses aimbot it shakes when firing at an enemy player. How the hell can you explain his screen shaking when he goes to reload while FACING THE HEALTH LOCKER? I can... He uses mouse 5 (PRESSED WITH YOUR THUMB) on his g9x mouse.

Anyone with half a brain can clearly see that this is not an aimbot. Not only is it not aimbot, it's not even a demo of him playing remotely well. Anyone who plays with Krits on a regular basis will tell you that his aim with the pipe bombs in unreal (which none of you have complaints about, just his stickies). How do you explain his pipe bomb accuracy when he doesn't really shake using them?

Well I think the allegation wasn't that he was performing well, or even aimbotting. Just that he may of left some setting enabled that shows he has some kind of hack loaded.

Well Mana I thought you could have seen it from the book post on the other side. All the times I talked to you Mana and played with you I really found it hard to believe that you would have believed I was a cheater. All those Demo's show is someone I guess who's screen jumps around. Don't look bad to me and I never noticed it cause that is how I play the game. My son felt it necessary to post a video of me and you can see from the video my screen does shake around and well that is due to the high sensitivity I use. I like to move fast. To me I'm used to it. But all I seem from those demo's was someone who killed 4 people after shooting about 200 rounds of stuff out the spawn door. Hardly an effective Aimbot.

But as I said I mentioned your name Mana cause you have played with me many times. And I felt it pretty hard to think you would have let this stupid thing go this far. But you did. Dont mind my messy desk I have 5 project going on at one time. Dubbing Movies. Still putting programs on my computer after reformatting. I have to do my nephews entire wedding video and I got all the disk out for that. Plus refinancing my house so I got the mortgage papers all there in a pile. Lots of things go on here besides playing games i cheat at so I hear.

Yes I was in DiG but they got mad cause I would not put a DiG tag on I kept my DeX tag. They got mad cause I whipped the hell out of Beanbag and he knew it was me and he banned our whole clan including people not in our clan. Must have been a ban of 90 people who played there. Big mistake banning that many players cause it died pretty soon after that.

My thumb was messed up while working. I took care of the communications for the State police in my state for the past 15 years. I fell 12 feet off my truck during an ice storm in Dec of 2007 I broke my thumb nearly off and collapsed a bone in my palm. They had to remove my CMC bone/joint and replace it with a tendon from my forearm. But the best surgeon in my area just could not do better than this with my thumb. Now he wants to freeze the joint. It would look normal then but I would be in a hitch hiking position and well would no longer be able to bend my thumb any more. I prefer to keep whatever function I have left in it all be it looks horrible. I have to have my sense up high to move as fast as I can. I never noticed that I move so weird like that but I guess I'm just used to it. But thanks Zero for missing my old ass LOL!

Monster what is that supposed to show? Looks like he is shaking around the mouse like I do. Although if he has a broken thumb it does not look swollen and he tends to move it so it's not real broken. Also my thimb was broken clean off and I lost my bone in my palm. I have no real strength left in my right thumb at all. When I click and you can try this yourself. Remove your right thumb (left thumb if your a lefty) from the mouse and click with it. The mouse will tend to move cause you thumb supports the finger clicking action. Most people like me do not click straight down with their index finger but move on a angle. Angled towards your thumb which counteracts the pushing motion. My right thumb has no real strength and I can not control the side to side movement cause my thumb just does not have the strength to counteract my clicking action. And I click fast. as the video shows.

Also they had to take a tendon from my forearm which they call a replacement for the bone I lost in my palm after it was crushed. This tendon missing makes my forearm weak as well. So I have to ace wrap my arm to support both my forearm and my thumb. I guess I have gotten used to the screen shaking. I dont even notice it unless my Logitech G9X goes up (by me pushing it by accident) in sensitivity and then I really spin around LOL!

I have heard from so many hear that I would have to have parkenson's and be drunk and all kinds of things. Those demo's showed no real aimbot action. Many people were not being killed. My only thing is my screen shakes around. As I first said I never noticed it. But as I can see I guess it does. But the Demo's are over exaggerated and it's not a hack. As I said I challenge anyone here to remove their mouse hand thumb and see how stable your mouse is. It's no wonder I can even play the game. But you can do anything you put your mind to.

I still talk and I feel it will fall on deaf ears. Most people would not believe me anyways. It's like the guy accused of child molesting that is later found innocent. People still tend to label the person as a child molester even though they are totally innocent and was proven to be.

Same thing here. No one wants to believe that I have no cheats. When you whip someone at a game there are so many out there that do cheat. (I know I have played COD and hat game is packed full of them one reason I do not play the game any more) But the first thing people think is he's or she gotta be cheating. No one beats me like that. So I know where people are coming from with what you think. That is why I have not ranted or raved. Not that that would be mature or do anything except say good thing we got rid of that idiot.

So glad we can all be friends still and I have no hard feelings towards anyone. I know many of you and I have enjoyed playing with you. I just want to explain myself and hope that some of you don't think of me as a cheater. My son was really only trying to help me as he knows I hate cheaters and to be called one is a real slap in the face. I would never cheat at a game. No fun or pride in winning as a cheater.

And if the guys thumb was broken and he wiggled it like that he would have been screaming LOL! and could not move it like that.
