Explanation » Most likely ESP. What needs to be understood is that he turns it on and off quite often. Hes exceptionally good at hiding what he does, however he slips up often. Like Beast and P4, hes smart in the way he cheats, and we all know how long it took for them to be banned. I spoke with someone in the antihack scene who viewed the demoes and they assured me their crosshair pattern is not legit in some of the demoes. Its quite hard to catch a smart cheater obviously, but I only present the evidence, which I find conclusive.

Knusperkeks has also noted that his Headshot % is abnormally high.

**just saying this up front, I have no problem with Cesar as a person I believe we actually get along**

I cannot say anything on the sourcebans cause honestly there was no demo posted to verify the ban type assigned.

And anyone that has a server could post them (we have the same problems sometimes with some of the 3rd party Punkbuster systems)

basically after looking thru all the dem's I've noticed a couple things.

now this isn't saying he is or isn't cheating its just strange.

in the CSS demo, he plays VERY aggressive, hardly any camping. doesn't hardly display any signs of even remotely knowing where anyone is.

in some of the CSS Beta demos he constantly camps certain spots, one of the spots that is camped is a spot that if you are using any type of "performance enhancing" programs you'd be able to see a chunk of the playfield.

and having played the office server for a chunk of time, I honestly don't see anyone camping that spot looking in that same direction, they always camp the spot looking out to the garage exit.

I swear to the holy heavens that i don't hack if ud like come and spec me i play with absolute sound 5.1 HDHS that i've had for years been playing in your server since Febuary! he is fed up with me being #1 so this is his appemt to try and get me banned. My skill is mostly consistant. (depending on registration on the server "Reg" or Hitbox as some people like to call it) been playing CSS since 2004 when it came out. my Steam says other wise yes but my orginal Account got hacked years ago. ask most people in the Lotus Texas server will say i dont hack. and if they do they have a score of 8-32 what the hell do they know? nothing that's what. I'm sick of this little kid harresing me all the time. all he does is complain when i kick his ass. he even said and asked other players if i hacked and they said no like Voltazar. i belive he knows i dont hack but this is the only he can get rid of me seeing as how i don't ghost or cheat in any way shape or form. This would be the only server that hasent banned me cause they hate on somone who is good. been playing with Soad for some time now and if he really thought i hacked he would of done this sooner so what i say to you is "This is just a little kid who likes to QQ and has nothing better to do... well he is 15 after all..."

I have been playing with Borgia/Deagle/Grumpy since he is first came to Lotus Texas. Personally speaking, he is one of the best players that i have played against in CSS. I can say he is better player in all directions than me. Borgia is just very good player and he have higher fps... he would play even stronger, but unfortunately how saying is going "If you are play to good, you will be banned"... it will not be that case in this situation. I seen all demos, everything is normal... i never had doubts about it. I knew about the ban screenshot that is posted... nothing new... that is just side effect of bad admin.

My final word is that he is not cheater and never used cheats before.

My age is irrelevant. If I recall correctly, you deleted my from friends because I did not join your team once, but rather went on the opposing team. You said you thought we were friends to work together, but I was just joining a random team. There were no other iNh on either side as this was on Lotus Texas.

If there are 3 iNh on one team and no strong opposition on the other team, I will join the weaker team. Our clan does NOT stack more than 2-3 on one team if theres no challenge. However, I will not join your team if theres two other iNh on the other team.

If you go to 5 FPS, how do you rush? That is 100% impossible to do. With the Beta servers already extremely laggy, there is no way you can be that accurate with 5FPS. You're full of crap.

Also, I place exactly NO weight on Voltazars opinion. He swore up and down that 205 P4 was legit, and guess what, 205 P4 was banned for ghosting. There are players I play with that make Cesare, or any other good player(including soad, who I consider a great player), look bad. Check out TG some day when a big group of the ex-CAL guys are on. I have played CS in one form or another for quite a while. I still remember when it was siege only, and the colt even had a working scope. I have seen many cheaters, and many good players. Which is Cesare? I think the demos make it obvious. I am quite surprised to see this request at all, honestly.

Who kills who more often, who has higher rank, whatever, these things have no real bearing. The fact remains, the demos show skill, not programmed assistance. Look at something out of context and anything can look bad. Hell, if I made a few demos of Soad on a tear, looking in strange places (ie: spotting me in a weird camp spot or something) or anyone else doing well, it could look suspect. Watch him play regularly, see the parts of his play that are brain powered, not reflex powered, and the skill shines through. I think point and click put it best when he said something along the lines of positioning and tactics go farther than skill in CSS. I agree, and if you watch Cesare, his playstyle is cautious when needed, aggressive when needed. Wallhacks, aimbots, etc do not give you this. First sign a guy is not cheating: When he plays smart, even on an off day with crap reg. People relying on hacks do not have offdays so much, and they fall for easy to set traps, because their brain is not part of the equation.

People that take pride in their ability, be it CSS or any other hobby do not cut corners. Cesare takes pride in CSS, this is obvious to anyone that has played with him.

What a great way to put it, elorei. I may disagree on some points but I see what you mean. Interesting perspective on the way a cheater plays, however I still hold my ground on merely presenting the evidence for an admin to review and make a decision. I do not believe we need further flaming or discussion from other posters from hereon out.

Anybody who wants to know how smart cheating works come on a nonvac server and make some Demos of me while i play against a cpl of ppl. I will be aggressive when needed and i will be defensive when needet all I do is using my ESP a cpl of times when Im not sure what is going on.

1. I use it at round start so i see possible rushes and ways i can go...

2. i use it again after 30 sek to get an overview (position can change)

The only problem with this is I STAND STILL WHILE IM DOING THIS cause Im busy with looking who is everybody...watch all the demos and see how many times Cesare is standing still on a Position and does nothing....this could be a cpl of times a coincedent BUT so many times?

If you really have 22 and even lower fps I would ban you instantly.....there is no way on earth that a player has a 3+KDR with that PC Performance.

The Problem is that ALL fps lower then ur Monitors refreshrate affect your performance lets say you have a Flatscreen (60) and you have only 10 or 20 fps....you will get crushed. Your game will look like a DIASHOW in the 70's in some cellar.

Most ppl brag about their high FPS in Source "I got 500 fps" etc pp

Even though the typical LCD monitors of today are locked at 60 FPS, making extremely high frame rates impossible to see in realtime.

Beyond measurement and bragging rights, such exercises do have practical bearing in some cases. A certain amount of discarded “headroom” frames are beneficial for the elimination of uneven (“choppy” or “jumpy”) output, and to prevent FPS from plummeting during the intense sequences when players need smooth feedback most.

On top of that you got banned before....Under 22 fps.....really. Anybody with a shread of doubt should maxout his settings and play with that.....and then come back here and post again.

About the bolded part: I know this is bullshit because when he was on my friendslist at the time, he would NEVER appear online, only to say 1 or two lines to me or to ask a question, then he would go offline. Of course hes just going to say hes texting or talking on the phone, skype, etc etc
