Ban Request - Marco Polo

Okay, this one is a stranger one. A wallhack who genuinely hides it well (I know, these words normally mean he's no cheater and I just don't like him for killing me a lot - however I like to think my ability to spot cheaters is fairly good, and he doesn't kill me specifically a lot - I just noticed some strange shots and the fact he was consistently at the top of the scoreboard). I have taken a long time to make my mind up on him - and while my gut said cheater, I wasn't able to be 100% sure due to his style of play (a close 95% though).

Ban Request - Marco Polo

Date, Server/Game, Time - various within the last week (say 06/10-11/10), UK PL stocks, evenings/weekends

The reason I couldn't be 100% sure is because he isn't like most wallhackers - shooting everything in sight. He generally let spies go past him (sometimes looking directly at them and then deciding against it - other times headshotting them just as the dead ringer finishes). He goes other useful classes such as medic and engineer - helpful for the team but not when you are trying to judge if someone is cheating He would often leave easy shots on heavies in a crowd of people just to pick out the sniper which he shouldn't know is there. Also I'm pretty sure he became aware I was speccing him - seeing as I would go spec whenever he joined, and then again whenever I noticed he was playing sniper or heavy

Unfortunately the most obvious incidents I saw were while I was dead and the demo was not being recorded - most memorable is as heavy tracking a pyro through the tunnel in goldrush stage 1 until he exits and killing him at the exit.

If you don't find anything conclusive in the demos to ban, fair enough - I can be wrong - however I know 2 other people at least who have specc'd him and also think he is cheating, and the whole server minus him and 1 person voted for the ban this evening before he left without even trying to defend himself and never once denying he uses a cheat.
