Explanation of the incident - After a while, his movement seemed odd. After speccing him, it really seemedl ike he could see where people were, despite walls blocking view. Seemed to have no trouble hitting stealthed spies as well. Towards the end, his use of the wallhack really becomes apparent while he snipes. Aiming behind view, only to pop out to take shots, or to randomly fire in a totally different direction without needing to aim without a wall in the way.
