What is the deal here?

I need something explained to me. How is it, I can be pre banned? I want to log in to DOD, and I got a status message saying I was banned... I waited, then tired to log in about an hour ago, a status message of; you have been banned. For hacking | .

Also, I know about the ban cycle, and I do not think I was perma banned so why cant I log in, at this point? SO FRUSTRATED!

THIS SUCKS! I did not do anything wrong. There is no level of control anymore on the DoD server. The hackers, and jerks seem to have run rip-shot. I am on pretty much every night for 3-4 hours, and i've seen so much garbage, in the last two weeks, its impossible to report it all- so i've just given up. I wanted to have at least admin powers to kick, I've been playing on here for so long, I know the regulars.

Seems it just took longer to reset, but again how can I be pre banned?

Goodjob completely ignoring the guidelines of unban requests and providing absolutely no useful information to look up your ban.
