Honing Skill

I was just wondering if anyone had any videos/tutorials they could link me to, as I want to hone my skill as a sniper. I feel like I'm OK but there is much room for improvement, especially if I want to make my Stranges into Hale's Own one day.

I've already checked out the advanced strategy thread and even seen some MGE commentary on Sniper classes, so I have a basic grasp on more adept tactics, but still feel like there is much to learn.
