We can not and will not do anything about a voteban. You will need to wait until it expires , usually ~45 minutes, and try again." Sticky Here Vote bans require over 80% of the server to select Yes so if that many people had an issue, it was probably pretty bad. And yes a 200+ ping is extremely anoying to have to fight against as like those people said in console you can be unhitable. As for the warping, it's when you see people jumping around the screen and you don't actually see them moving from place to place. A high ping will look like that as the players can't see you moving normal across the map. All the see is you "warping" from place to place.
