Ban Request-"dr. X" Xolidâ„¢ "

Hey guys, my name is Club Sandwich. I'm here to request a ban for Xolid. The reason for this ban? Donor abuse. Xolid is constantly votekicking or votebanning players on your 24/7 Chicago 2fort Insta-Spawn, and not for good reasons. As i understand it, the reasons for votekicks or votebans are "Afk/Idle", "Hacking", and "Disruptive". As far as I know, reasons such as, and I quote, "Faggotry", and "I was talking you douche rocket" are not good reasons for a kick or ban. One such ban occurred on Monday, Janurary 23th. Xolid kicked someone who was called "Nop" for the reason "Faggotry". Why? Because he killed Xolid. This is just one example of how Xolid abuses his powers. I voted "No" on the votekick, and in response, Xolid attempted to kick me a total of three times. As I understand it, these are not good reasons for kicking someone. No, I do not have proof for this day, because I was stupid and did not take screenshots >.>. However, I did take screenshots of some kicks he did on the day after, Tuesday January 24th. It would also be nice if donors had chat history for more proof, but for some reason they do not. Maybe related to the green text?

As you can see, at the top of the highlighted portion, "73h 31337" killed Xolid. In response, instead of some friendly trolling, Xolid tried to kick him. He was successfully kicked. Seems to me that this is donor abuse.

"=ZoSo= Dinesty30" killed Xolid. Yet again, Xolid responds with a votekick. This time, the reason being "I was talking you douche rocket." I highly doubt this is acceptable behavior. Looks like donor abuse to me.

Xolid makes this server stressful to play on. It's a sad day when killing someone results in you being kicked or even banned from the game. Now, this is not the first time Xolid has been banned. I want you to take a look at these three threads:

As you can see, this is not the first ban request against Xolid. Afronanny has also said "As well as others that have been sent to me over Steam chat." Xolid was banned before for three weeks, and it was hoped that he would chill out during that period. Looks like his still the same old Xolid. I'm glad you lotus admins are one-sided assholes with no common sense to realize I was fucking around with old friends 9 out of 10 times with the votekicks and yet you don't care, you're just hypocritical assholes with a power trip.
