I had my three-month-at-a-time donation taken out from PayPal on the 24th of this month and my donation features still are not working. I get team switched, can't bring up a menu, etc. I've PM'd the powers-that-be a couple times now with my Steam ID and the necessary information to get it fixed. Nothing to this point. Be Patient, he'll get around to you when he does, if its not working, it could be due to an addition problem, or perhaps the Steam ID isn't correct. BabyEater 5 #7 Posted April 2, 2012 Eh, i don't mean to "badmouth" or rush Mana, but i too have asked for my donor to be swapped to another server and he has yet to do so after 2 days I suppose he has quite alot on his plate with a community as large as this, i think he needs some "Super Admins" or "Head Admins" to do some of his manual work for him. He can't be on all the time and I wouldn't expect that. That said, I have paid for my three months and am not getting what I paid for, Kind of like paying for a gallon of milk at the store and the clerk says, "Come back next week and you can have it." Interesting thing though.... I can indeed get into a full server on the Lotus 2Fort 24/7 West Coast, but nothing else works.
