Extremely disruptive gameplay. When asked to stop, he first claimed innocence, then when the voteban went through and failed, he basically claimed immunity to a perm ban. If he considers appropriate, he may come and pledge his so called "innocence" or whatever he thinks justifies this behavior in an unban request.
