In case you missed it, The Administrator has given an update not too long ago about new changes in Team Fortress 2.

For the ones that did, honestly, you're missing her messages? Sounds like someone doesn't like their work in TF Industries...or Oxygen.

Has anyone actually gotten these dang things? I thought I would have gotten the Dueler by now, considering I'm dueling over half of the game time on the servers.

I saw people on our servers wearing these hats. Badwater east coast (x24) had the gift hat and I saw the dueling one as well somewhere.
