Banned Due To A Mistake With Name Change

hi guys

i have recently upgraded my lotus membership to premium subscription and being a bit of a dunce i thought i could put the L | tag at the beginning of my name, and i was kicked for impersonating a lotus player - after changing my name back to my original username i was told i was banned and had to request an unbanning from yourselves in order to continue playing

both myself and partner play on lotus servers and it would seem she is also banned as well. is it an I.P ban? would an unbanning also enable her to continue playing as well?

i have red a few posts and have seen that i was in the wrong, so i apologise for my mistake and request the decision be overturned?

im a regular on 24/7 dustbowl uk and never give any hassle to the rest of the group

would my partners steam id also be unbanned? (H7YCH), as it was my fault she was also banned - we play from the same IP so i assume its an ip ban?

Only your SteamID shows up as banned, so your partner should be unbanned too. If not we'll fix that as well.
