Added Ability To Add Custom Colors In Chat Messages

- Added ability to add custom colors in chat messages. Use either:

- \x07 followed by a hex code in RRGGBB format

- \x08 followed by a hex code with alpha in RRGGBBAA format

You can now use custom colors in chat by typing in ^7 and the color you want (in HEX).

For example black would be:

^7000000Stuff goes here.

Stuff goes here.

Name colors will be implemented soon, once I figure out a way to do this while keeping the team distinctions.

Yes we already had colors. But those were limited. Now we have unlimited colors and not just a few predefined ones.
