Bimo Samoedro_24164 0 #1 Posted May 29, 2012 Hello, I just found this forum. I really want to ask to you people, who really can play the Dragon Clan. I really cannot use Dragon Warrior unit. When I'm fighting an opponent with magic / explosive / piercing / slash attack, my Dragon warrior sucks!!! And I must always use Chi Shield if he is at a nearly death state!!! Just like a Guardian, that use the BG Last Stand (but I use Stamina Drain units to finish a unit who is depended in Stamina -__-). Unlike Bandit from Serpent Clan, they can resist Magic / Explosive attack. Sorry for my bad English. Thank you.
Sinophile 41 #2 Posted May 29, 2012 Try getting your geisha to heal your Dragon Warrior while he is using Chi Shield. I think Chi Shield is best used as a distraction: its not supposed to save your Dragon Warrior, but to distract the enemy while your other units fight them. Well, yes, it is best used as a distraction. I even combined Flashpowder and Stardust from Kabuki Warrior to prevent melee attacks and missiles. But, even with that much distraction, I can't make my Dragon Clan unit to raze a tower in 6 seconds or less (even with Kazan, Powder Keg Cannoneer, and Archer with Fire Arrows Battle Gear Combined). Well, it is like this. I prepared 3 Dragon Warriors (Battle Gear Chi Shield), 4 Kabuki Warriors (2 Flashpowder, 2 Stardust), 2 Samurais (with Dragon Skin, for exellent defence againts any missiles unit), 4 ~ 6 Geishas ( 2 for Dragon Warrior, 1 for Kabuki, and the rest for Samurai), 5 Sumo (all of the, with Shrapnel Keg), 8 Archers (only 2 Archers with Battle Gear Fire Arrow), and 5 Zen Masters (I sacrificed them too with Dragon Warrior and Kabuki, execpt Arah). My move is like this: 1. Samurais with Dragon Skin having "fun" with any tower. 2. About one second, I dashed all of my Dragon Warrior, Kabuki Warrior, Otomo, Tao, and Garrin in the middle of the enemy base and units, having a fierce fight with them. 3. All of my Geisha with a horse joining their fight, healing and fighting. 4. While the enemy is distracted, Kazan and the rest of my army, burning towers and building to ashes. And this is the problem: How can I make them fight longer even if their Chi Shield is out? And one more question: Is Dragon Warrior really for defence? Every time I'm attacking outside my base, somehow, my units nearly got annihilated.... Well, I hope you understand. Sorry for my bad English.
Sinophile 41 #4 Posted May 31, 2012 Your English is fine, its almost perfect actually. Personally, I think Dragon Skin for Samurai lasts too short to be worth it. If you already have Flash Powder Kabukis, you don't need Dragon Skin. When you have made a big fire on a building, stop attacking it and move on to another building or get out of there. Let the fire do the work. In my experience, Dragon Warriors with fire swords can light buildings on fire faster than Archers. Make sure you are not distracted by detroying buildings (except for towers). At first your priority is to make sure your units don't get killed, which would mean destroying towers and enemy units first, only then should you destroy buildings. Try not to leave your ranged units alone, because they are vulnerable to melee that way. Besides that I can't really think of anything else that might help you. wildeye123 11 #5 Posted June 14, 2012 Yeah i agree with you entirely. And by the way, your english is very good (in case you didn't know) and your mistakes are just too small (micro small) to be noticed. Even the dumbest american will understand you.
