Quick fix update allows medic to be catapulted if using quick fix - works for rocket and sticky jumps and is very useful Shame it's on a crap medigun but quick-fix does have its uses

Well at least quick fix is useful on modes other than arena now. Looking forward to having a play with this.

quick fix has always been useful for me when the team of 16 has one medic - it allows me to keep up with saving everyone a little more

nice vid! And absolutely shows up why this weapon is NOT shit, it was always a good support medigun, and now with the update you can support teammembers at locations where they mostly were on their own.

btw, did you use fraps for the cap.? What for the voice? Thanks in advance.

I just use my normal strategy of using the vanilla or kritz, and shout at my team to sort their lives out (mainly the useless spies/snipers) and give me a medic or two to work with.

I wish more quick fix medics were around when I go demo. I spend as much time in the air as on the ground xD.

Taken from my stats:

Airshot Sticky 2,602 times

Sticky Jump 2,314 times

Apparently I'm #30 on the x24 servers for airshot stickies (I've only been playing demo a few months )

I think airshot sticky refers to killing people that are in the air, rather than killing people while you are in the air.

I have fraps and you can use fraps for voice (at time of recording)

Actually I'm a Mac nub so I used Screenflow for the capture and editing.

I stuck the voice over in later, but it's good to know that my commentary still sounds incoherent even when recording it after XD
