Ban Request For Spammer/abusive Player

Another guy spamming up the 24/7 2fort uk X33 server - his chat log indicates he was sending like 5 messages plus a minute on the chat - racism included...

A votekick was done and he was kicked, after the 30 minute period he was able to rejoin although soon left.

As other players like Kimbo (also on the server today spamming up the deathchat a lot) haven't been banned I don't think any action will be taken, but up to you all - and i'm just throwing this out here

I have a demo after he was kicked and rejoined, although he caused no trouble before leaving (I wasn't present when original kick was done)

This is normally something that is handled by the players on at the time. It looks like that system worked when he got kicked.

I see no reason to take action.

I'm also fine with Bloody's course of action below, I believe it is one of the servers he directly manages so he has a better idea of what is appropriate/normal.

If they take the time to form an unban request we could look at it in more detail at that time.

But like TheProLoser said, there is a system for such if there is no admin near by. I by myself kicked Kimbo some times when I felt something too heavy and too much hate goes on and when he(like always) don't give a fuck about admin warnings. And I am pretty sure I am not the only one. But a perma ban for something other then hacking or nonstop hating racism or personal insults / hate, I don't know. That could be a decision for the Staff to do.

Anyways, it's never wrong to bring a request like this to the forum.

Of course the Staff / Council is free to unban, but I for myself think that I have to keep the lotus 24/7 2fort UK x33 server clear of such people.

I don't want nice people to leave because of such trolls.

That's one thing I always consider when I do a kick/ temp. or perma ban.

I've been leaving them in the ban request for 5-7 days just so the offender can find it if they come looking. Feel free to archive/lock after that.
