Ban Request- Donor Abuse Taigos Ec X33 Goldrush

In all my time in Lotus Goldrush East Coast x33, I have seen my fair share of donor abuse, but none of them are as idiotic and ban-worthy as Taigos.

A simple couple of head shots on the still standing, machina wielding sniper is enough to warrant suspicion of aimbot and wallhacking. The player clearly has a Ph.D in hacking tools and a masters in lagology, and upon death switches to spectator mode to take a demo to diagnosis his/her in-game nemesis. Being skilled/lucky is clearly not a plausible option, and many regular players of this popular lotus server have stopped coming because of this.

For the sake of ad revenue, please ban/remove donorship/pay for his tuition at elementary school/whatever it takes.

I know a such a great business and community such as Lotus, has a lot of important things to do, but this will help you in the long run.

In order to test this just go on the server, dominate him as any class, preferably sniper and watch the aftermath.

Then would you like to explain why whenever he started to fire at people his screen begins to shake all over the place? Also as the ban was a VOTE ban it was decided by the server to ban him not just myself.

So that does not constitute donor abuse in most cases.

Also I have a current and active Ban request in using this very demo, why not let the admins determine if i was correct in my assumption before trying to call me out for abuse.

Edit: Id also like to point out that pretty much every one i have vote banned has been perma banned here on the forums after i submit a demo proving they were hacking. Is that abuse to? If so then yes i am guilty for trying to keep hackers and trolls off the server.

While there was nothing definitive about the demo, I can understand why Taigos may have thought that the specced player may have been hacking.

Further, in contrast to your sarcastic and acerbic ban request, I have always found Taigos to be polite and factual when he reports someone, and he has never made a fuss if a particular request is not upheld. He is making an effort to help keep the Lotus servers free from hackers (and has been right in a number of instances), whereas you are just being, well, an ass.

Finally, your request is the first complaint that we have had about Taigos. Should there be repeated, substantiated instances where others on the server collectively feel that Taigos is abusing his powers, we would look into it. As it is, your solitary, condescending report is insufficient to warrant further attention. The thread is closed accordingly.
