2 Players trolling the server, one was a spy on blue while the other was a red medic, you can tell they are skyping or some other thrid party Voice chat due to the way they find each other in the pit in the demo. Medic on red was intentionally healing the blue spy and most likely informing him of locations.

Also to add that the medic at least was using a name change hack, after the vote kick he rejoined with a new name copied from another player on the server.
