Your Ideas For A Ranking System?

Tell me how you would like the forum ranks to be like?

There should be about 12-20 more or less ranks ranging from post count 0 to about 4000/10000 can be less if you aren't creative, after 3000 you can get custom but still have a default rank going on for those that don't care to change it.

Here's what my entry would be:

So even if you get a custom title you could not have Necromancer or Dragon Spirit or something like that untill you get that amount of posts, however you would be free to use something else.

Now make one yourself and then there will be a vote which will determine which is going to be the one that we will use.

Yes the amount of posts for custom titles will be changed as you can see, but that is so the forums can load faster with lesser load on the database server. The only groups able to change their usertitle at hand whenever regardless of post count will be staff and the elite group.

I doubt anyone here will get up to even 5,000 posts.

I was thinking on these lines:

Title-posts

Golem-0

Peasant-25

Swordsman-50

Archer-100

Cannoneer-150

Samurai-250

Ronin-400

....

so on

....

And last one should be about 3000 posts.

I believe 10,000 is too much.

What is number of posts for custom title?

I don't think anyone will but if they do then good for them, its only to save time when loading threads/posts .

3000 is custom for the reason mentioned above.

It might get lower later or stay like that. I didn't change it yet but I will eventually.

you made the site and even you dont have 3000 posts ..... i dont think anybody is going to be a spirit until maybe next year.....unless they just spam all the forums.

Yeah I know, its just there to be there... And I said why I am cutting down on the Custom User Titles... Some forums don't even have them enabled.

There are no ranks, I like you I put you there. Pretty Simple. But you would have to do something for me too, to help the site or similar.
