Ban reason: Apparatchik different paint.

Starting off, I would like to say that I myself was not aware of a rule against painting the Apparatchik to a opposite team color. Far as I know I have seen at least 3 people who have done so and seemed to get away with it, so I was assuming people really did not care. Had I been aware of the rule, I would not have done it. As for those who will say "common sense", from my observation as I seen it that others did not care. Admins are rarely on, and If people have not done anything for something as simple as spamming stunballs through the gate, who am I to believe this would have been enforced? Anyway, it will not happen again.

Second, according to the post ban request I did not talk with Taigos at all far as I know. I did not receive any formal warnings in game, nor do I believe I have even talked with him. However I was yelled at by many people for an entirely different issue. It seems to me people have a tendency to be hostile towards donors (one such label being a "donorfag"). If that was their way of warning me, it sure did not seem like it. This brings me to the votekicks that Taigos mentioned. I've requested people be votekicked for a multitude of reasons, the most common being either rudeness or harassment, or AFK players. Last time I was on I was harassed by a player known as dec1mat0r. He would endlessly spam harassing messages at me and constantly spam duel requests at me, and when I had refused, he promptly proceeded to spam more insults at me. I am also finding a lot of loud, unpleasant, not to mention racist people whom seem to have a patience and composure problem yelling and TYPING LIKE THIS when they are killed. Through this, I would also like to ask why the votekicking system has been changed to a 70% vote if 70% of people includes those who are not on the harasser's team and not firsthand experiencing the displeasure of his loud mouth or insulting, and do not understand or sympathize why there is a votekick being given.

Back to topic: Overall, I understand the punishment and request it either be reduced or taken off. Also, is there a forum or location where I can ask for an admin friend request? I've also seen many cheaters and hackers come on to the server as well and wish to have a better warning system. Votebans are extremely ineffective.

I did in fact mention it to you a while back thats why i posted in the thread as your name rung a bell to me, whether or not you listened to me or not is a different matter, and as for the votekicks i have seen you votekick for people being "afk" when they werent. Like me for example, again why your name stuck out to me, you attempt to votekick me once cause i was literally in spawn for all of 15 seconds changing my load out, i came back from the load out screen to see my name on a votekick, started by you. So again you have a hasty finger to use it

I do not know you, nor do I remember you talking to me. I listen to everything and remember who I talked to. If you please, remind me where I have seen you before and your game tag from in game.

As for the kicks, the system, in my opinion, needs to be revamped. Votekicks having the same requirement as votebans seems useless. If that is the case, why not just have votebans then?

Third, if I have a "hasty finger", it must mean that you yourself must have been harassing me quite a bit for me to want you gone. And you must have been persistent in your insulting as I do not like votekicking without a real cause.

I have played with you many times on dustbowl eastcoast 24/7 x33. And again you did in fact start vote kicks against me, i specifically remember that one cause i had to type it out in chat that you need to back off on the vote kicks since I obviously wasn't afk. Just because you don't remember everything doesn't mean you didn't do it. Again as I said before your name stuck out to me when i as browsing I don't make a habit out of trolling posts not relevant to me. And i tend to remember people that try to vote kick me.

And votekicks dont have the same reqs as votebans. kicks take 70%(??) i think where as bans need 80%

Regardless Ive said my peace and will now hide in the shadows and let the admins do their work.

Regardless, whoever is of a higher rank that views this post: The vote system does need a revamping in my opinion.

No early unban. I have a hard time believing anyone was stupid enough to not realize that this is not a fair gameplay tactic.
