Hi,

when you are logged in click on "My profile" on the top of your screen. Then a new window open. Now click on "Change personal photo" on the left side of the screen (its in the section "Personal Profile"). Now click on the button "search" to search for a picture on your computer (the maximum is 150 x 150 pixel). Then choose the picture you want to upload and then click on the button "open". After that click on the button "Update Photo".

then click on avtar settings , left in the menu
