Unban Request: Worst. Sniper. Ever.

I basically ranted and said all I want to say in this unban request in a PM I gave to Mana, and while I guess the effort to typing it out should go towards the effort of wanting to be unbanned, but seriously, I think this will be better.

I've been cleared to post this unban request by Mana.

I honestly haven't even done anything wrong, except if ProLoser actually think I was being abusive in the demo. Other than that, everything in his thread was an outright lie. I've never had a warning, I've never been disruptive. I know nothing about kiddies whining on reddit about me. I've always defended Lotus for the past 3-4 years I've been playing here. And the community I normally play with on Arena think I'm a funny and good guy. A good 90% of my friends list ARE Lotus regulars and all good people.

I respected ProLoser telling me that I can't make an unban request, because I didnt want to try to show him up, or whatever. Quite honestly, everything he said in the thread was a complete fabrication.

No admin has ever warned me about anything. I've played with people like Se7en and Charizard before, and Charizard knows I'm a good guy and to any extent of me being an asshole.

Like, I was considering applying for Lotus recruitment since I've had such an outstanding record here, and I always try to report people who abuse the server plugins, etc.

Then out of nowhere, ProLoser starts making up all of this stuff that NEVER happened.

I have never been warned by anyone, ever, about any conduct. I've never had anyone speak to me about any bad conduct, ever. Nobody has spoken with me, ever. Unless some random pugger that was annoyed at me for some reason or another being immature counts as a warning, I've never been warned by anyone, ever. NOBODY. Nobody ever. I swear to whatever you hold dear, nobody has confronted me about anything and I've considered myself a "model citizen" on the Lotus community. On the official Steam forums, I'm in fact constantly telling people that Lotus is a great and fair server. (While they whine that "admins" ban them for no reason.) I honestly can't believe people hate Lotus because I've frankly found them to be the most organized and mature group of Admins and community members.

Again, this never happened, period. At all. I've technically never had donator on Lotus, even though as much as I've wanted to donate since I've been here, I've been absolutely broke for awhile until recently.

Another member, systemz, granted me donator for 2 or 3 months once. During that time, I had it for a total of maybe 2-3 days, maybe 6 at the maximum, before my computer's Power Supply Unit burned out. During that time, I never, EVER even used it. I'm well aware for the punishment for abusing it and I'm VERY against people using it in that fashion. On the server I play on, I don't mind if people goof around once and awhile with regular votekicks, that's just me. But I usually don't even participate in that. Other members do, though.

So, this is another lie from ProLoser. Now, I respect ProLoser, always been good. But I can't for the life of me figure out why he's making this stuff up. I'm unsure if he REALLY believes this happened, or if he's just pretending it did for some reason.

Either way, it's completely FALSE and I'm really offended and confused by it.

I'd love for him to show me the records or evidence of me abusing donator which I never even used, or even had, because I didn't even have a computer for a good 2-3 months! I actually considered PMing you at one point saying, "Mana, could I please have donator again? Someone bought it for me and my psu died and it went to waste." Then I reconsidered because A: It wasn't my money B: That would be offensive because that's not how donation should work.

I have received a significant number of pms and first-hand accounts from reliable sources about your disruptive behavior. The only reason there has been leniency before was that you do a good job of providing solid demos of hackers

Again, if this is the case, it's the first I've heard of it. I asked Charizard the other day, (Since he's the Arena admin) about abusive people, and off-chance I was talking about my record on the server. He claims he's heard nothing. Obviously, he's not ProLoser and doesn't have access to his forum inbox... But...

If ProLoser received reports of me doing something wrong, it would have been nice of him to tell me because this is literally the first I've heard of it, ever. Qutie honestly, I think he's making that up as well. However, if people have been complaining about me, I'd love for it to be brought to my attention, I don't mind being warned if I've done something wrong.

For example, if ProLoser thinks I was being an asshole in the demo I provided (Trying to report Coraga for banning me) then tha's 100% justified. I would have happily accepted a ban or warning of him saying, "Hey dude, you were a douchebag in that demo. Please don't behave like that."

However, that never happened. I've never received any warnings from anyone, ever

I know this is a book of a PM to you, but I honestly feel the need to defend the fuck out of myself right now, because it came out of nowhere and I've tried SO HARD to be really good for this community. I absolutely LOVE Lotus. In fact, I've tried to be as much of a fucking suckup as I could, because I respect everyone here.

Seriously, if a temp ban is what it takes, then so be it. But I feel even then that like, it's tarnishing my record. I've actually been nothing but polite and respectful on these servers. The only time I ever goof around, is on Arena. And that's with the regulars there. I've even been the guy to tell abusive people like Sam Warrick and F:S @ngry Squirrel, to simmer down due to Charizard getting pissed off at the number of complaint he received about Arena. (There's a thread about it about member "kinggeorge" getting temp banned.)

The above 2 people just go onto the server and spam racist shit all the time. Sam Warrick even pretends to be an administrator and says he "owns this server, you can't ban me"

Like, Quite honestly... I know you trust your admins, and so have I up until this point. I honestly don't know where ProLoser is getting all this stuff from.

I've seriously considered myself the model Lotus citizen, then out of nowhere ProLoser starts talking about things that NEVER HAPPENED and treats me like I'm some massively disruptive player who just causes trouble.

That has... never been the case, EVER.

I'm not sure what I can do to prove it to you, but I'm not even sure how anyone could have even sent me any warnings anyway. I have 0 PMs from admins in my inbox (Except you.) I don't have any lotus admins on my friends list except You, Charizard, and Afronanny. And as far as I'm aware, I've never been warned by Afronanny, I don't even talk to him. I just had him on there because he was the regular admin / the guy who took care of stuff for awhile.

I know, I wrote you a freakin book here, but I have no way else of explaining how innocent and made up the crap ProLoser posted was.

If there's anything you need, or anything you need access to to show that NOBODY, NO ADMIN EVER has warned me of ANYTHING, EVER I can provide it to you.

The only thing I can think of to trigger ProLoser's behavior, is that he DID get PMs from player saying I'm disruptive, but never told me, ever. Which was both nice and harmful at the same time. If he did get such PMs and notices, I wish he would have told me so I could stop doing whatever people are mad at me before, or explain myself.

Seriously, I have no idea how to tell you how untrue everything is except send you probably the world's largest PM ever.

ProLoser won't even add me on Steam to talk to him about this, because his mindset is that I'm troublemaker of the year.. somehow.

If there's anything you could do to investigate this, please tell me. I'd love to know where the heck this is all coming from. Because this is the first I've heard of it.

I have money again, if you could investigate this for me and ask ProLoser where the HECK all this is coming from, it would be much appreciated. I'd like to fully clear my name... and I'm willing to help out the servers for real with my own money and donate 20 dollars if things smooth over and for your help in taking time out of your day to read all this crap and deal with this. I can also simultaneously prove I don't abuse donor as I'll be paying for them again.

ProLoser, if you have had reports about me, I have never been warned about them, ever. No admin, ever, on Lotus, has ever warned me about anything, ever.

Every PM in my forum inbox is me discussing this with Mana, and 1 other PM I made when I was a n00b to Lotus and sent him a PM asking a question.

The only friends I have on Steam, ever, was Mana... since he's the admin and sometimes I usually ask him things regarding the server / inform him of server issues. (Like when servers are acting buggy, if a server needs a restart, etc.)

Charizard, but I've had him on my friends list before he was the Arena Admin.

And Afronanny, which I've never spoken with via Steam Chat before... I just used to have that name added as when I first joined it was the user that did all the forum bans.

Essentially, I've never been warned for anything... and a permanent ban out of nowhere, I personally believe, was WAY uncalled for. I honestly thought I was a great community member. I stick up for lotus quite constantly.

I should not be associated or tried by some random kiddos on reddit, I site I don't even visit.

I'm not saying I'm an angel... but I've never done anything on Lotus that's been "troublesome" or anything of the sort. Not even near it.

I apologize if I acted odd in the demo I provided to report that guy.. I wasn't intentionally trying to be a dick then either. But if someone thinks I should have been punished for that, I'd gladly accept the punishment.

My point is, I've never been warned about jack and thought I was the model citizen, then out of nowhere it's all like, "OMG WORST. SNIPER. EVER. YOU'RE THE BIGGEST TROUBLE MAKER EVER, BANNED!"

If you can come up with the conversations, and the time I've been warned for anything I've been accused for, that would be great. Otherwise, I think it's just a big misunderstanding and mistake, and we should let bygones be bygones.

Since I haven't played TF2 in about 2 months, I've pretty much had a 2 month ban for practically nothing... if it's for something, then I still think that would be a bit extreme for some yelling in a demo. Either way, I haven't caused trouble, or tried to pursue fighting this for a good 2 months.

I honestly think I deserve to be unbanned... and I'm not even sure why I was permabanned to begin with.

If you've had reports about me, then show them to me, I'll gladly cut the crap (of whatever they're telling me that's bothering them) and behave. But so far, I've never had anyone tell me I was trouble. (Except my own friends on Lotus Arena, but we all think we're all trouble.)

Well you're not making the decision on whether I'm unbanned or not. A good portion of the admins know who Sam Warrick is. If you want the real TL;DR version:

I was unjustly permabanned and was accused of being warned for shit that never even happened, because I've never been warned.

Also, spoiler... I want to be unbanned. =P

Examples:

Two lotus recruits were kicked/harassed.Recruit A, who was immediately banned when he joined Worst's server, because the former didn't "recognize" him as a lotus recruit. We have also received several complaints while randomly playing on different lotus servers about him.

An instance where someone was banned by worst.sniper.ever/Icesage for hacking and they had video (twitch.tv) clear proof that he wasn't.

When IceSage made the post on the forum about the server votekicking engies, and admin immediately joined his server. Most of the people who'd been there before were still there (he'd only left a few minutes before), and several expressed to the admin over voice that they'd felt they were being trolled by him.

Looking at the chat logs of servers where he plays and initiated vote kicks or bans also shows a clear trend not dissimilar from the reason for the original perm ban. Obviously, these lack context, but I think they show a very strong tendency to accuse people of hacking, and votebanning them for this reason, even though many people on the server disagree.

For crithacking

For shooting a sniper 20 times in the stomach, who didn't die

For attacking from spawn while invisible and crithacking

Multiple attempts against the same person for "kaching" "likes homesuck" and "afk"

For aimbot - "nobody aims that fast"

For headshotting him when he was running around in circles

Teleport hacking, multihacking

Aimbotting with ambassador

Then, he also seems to start kicks or bans for improper reasons:

For a medic not healing him

Two people immediately in a row for not being on the point

For not meleing him in a fight

For playing like a f####t

In each case he refers to Octo - Octo who is head admin at tf2newbs. He had many problems there - and elsewhere.

He was initially banned for "screaming over the mic continuously, swearing at people and being abusive to the degree that half the server is arguing with you in chat."

The admin:

I was the admin in question. He accused HamNCheese (a pyro who spent the entire round spy-checking) of hacking. I dropped to spec, saw nothing from HamNCheese. He then accused another player of hacking. I saw nothing from that player. I started speccing Worst.Sniper and found that he was claiming to be invisible when he was not, and was accusing people who could clearly see him (as he was

not invisible - he had the Dead Ringer out but it wasn't activated as he hadn't taken any damage) of hacking when they attacked him.

Told him that he was either trolling or exceptionally stupid, and that either way he needed to please be quiet as he was being rather excessive with the accusations. He didn't stop. I muted him, and warned him in admin chat. He continued with the accusations via text. I silenced him. He rejoined, but did not re-offend, and so remained unsilenced

In Closing:

Any unban request will be closed immediately. You've already had your chance, been banned multiple times, did some time, appealed to mana, got unbanned, and now banned again for the same type of behavior.

The cycle stops here.

I know you'll want to post a wall of text again about how unfair the world is and it's all not your fault. We aren't interested in that again and it will be removed as it is without merit, the evidence is overwhelming, and this is a repeat (repeat) offense.
