Unban Request

I am very dissaoppinted and suprised to receive this "known hacker" bann.

I have no clue, or how i have received this, for i have never hacked in my life in Team Fortress 2.

I was never informed or even accused of ever hacking on the only LotusClan Server I go to-24/7Dustbowl.

I talked to one of the Donators regarding this situation. He said something bout that someone said that my account was linked to another IP or something around there.

The only 2 occasions I can ever think of is that around 3 days ago, I went to one of my friends house (name "Batel" on Steam) and brought my laptop there. I used his wifi but I do not believe he hacks. He only plays this game around 3 times a week on average. BUT, he IS banned from Skial (i think) for mic spamming-not from LotusClan. Although when I went to his house, we both went to the Dustbowl Lotus Clan server.

The only other occasion that i can think of is when I went to another friends house (name "Crispy" in Steam). I strongly disbelive that he is a hacker becuase he is gradually wanting to go pro in TF2 and is in a highlander team.

Those are the only 2 occasions where I can think of when i used someone elses wifi.

Again, I love the LotusClan Servers, and am very friendly in the servers-I have even made a few friends

You could ask anyone on the servers, and they would probably know me because I talk with my team a lot

If you could give me some info about why, when, who, or what happened when I was banned.

BTW, this screen shot is taken the when I had tried to join the LotusClan Server Dustbowl Server. This is not right after I was banned because I never even knew i was banned

Oh, and I forgot to say that while I was at "Crispy"'s house, I logged in on Steam on MY account. (went to my email and stuff to get the code and whatnot).

I was chatting with ProLoser before talking to Big Nick. It's possible that he used his account at another IP that was banned. ProLoser informed me that this was an alt account. Listed below are Steam IDs of him, friends, and the alt accounts.

• STEAM_0:1:57329828 - Alt account (?)
• STEAM_0:0:26346595 - Alt account (?)
• STEAM_0:0:20965015 - Alt account (?)
• STEAM_0:0:41760123 - Batel (Pub Friend)
• STEAM_0:1:46782922 - Crispy (Pro-ish Friend)
• STEAM_0:0:51347694 - Big Nick (The culprit)

He claims to have no association with the first 3 accounts. None of the alt accounts are currently friends with him on Steam. I obviously can't look up the banned Steam IDs in the Lotus database because I'm not an admin.

This is all that I know and have researched. Hopefully someone can clear this up. Give us a ban request forum link at least.

"Big Nick Digger" is a repeat hacker that we've been having trouble with for more than a year. As such we've taken the "better safe than sorry" approach.

What I will do is check the IP logs from the older banned steam ids to the new ones. Unfortunately that will take a few days for reasons outside my control. I apologize for the disruption and if I can confirm that your steam id is not connected to IP's used with the other, banned, STEAM id's, I'll go ahead and unban at that time.

As I'm sure you understand while we value each and every player, we also have to take strong actions to keep the servers clean and fun for everyone to play on.

I dont even think that I have "accidently" come across this server before.

Please do check the IP adress because im not sure you have the right person

Hey there, I am originally the player "Numb Digger" who plays on lotus servers for a long time, I have been a donor as well for several months (not now due to the financial woes of college), I am currently using the steam name Atrocious, as Im trying to have a more "user friendly" name but I just made this change within the last seven days.

I met Big Nick Digger on lotus server texas, where we always play now. He used the name Dr. Dre (As you can tell by his former names list) we quickly became friends and he was cool, we played pretty often together since we always joined that server. He thought my name was funny, and asked if I knew similar names. I remembered seeing someone do "Big Nick Digger" and I told him that name, so he changed to it because he thought it was funny and I said too. He (as he mentioned above) is fairly new to Lotus servers, and therefore is not the repeat offender you guys know of.

I will personally vouch for him being a fair player, he is a back up on our Highlander team that was formed from guys we befriended on Lotus's Chicago and Texas DB servers. He does not hack, he is completely legit and fair. I will answer any questions or anything to defend that.

Because the hold up is on my end, I'll unban for now, and will still review the IP logs in a few days when they are easier to access again, if warranted, I will take any action at that time.

P.S. Might also want to try a less offensive name. Lotus admins use individual discretion about that sort of thing and some feel quite strongly about bigoted and racists names. I see you've been banned elsewhere for racial slurs and they aren't encouraged on our servers either.
