Reporting Several Troublemakers

This happened on your UK Arena TF2 server.

There were a few troublemakers about and were behaving like children. Two of them were spamming the mic at the end of the round with offensive slurs like "N____", "You're all N_____", "I hope they all die", with the other one doing the same in the end-of-round chat.

As the map changed to Watchtower I can only assume they got annoyed at me sniping them when they were standing still on the centre roof, and so they changed their names to mimic mine (and did the same as above at the end of the round).

Eventually they chose to vote ban me (and did the same with others on Granary) and it passed. Note: I have read that you can't remove vote-bans but it surely is against the rules for pointless vote stacking and behaving like this.

Demos (Edit: Sorry for the long length for some of them):

I'll move this to the ban request section. If nobody else has taken a look when I get home I'll glance over it and see if a temp ban or more for griefing is appropriate.

Reviewing right now

All right, so the micspam and calling someone nigga/nigger *is* annoying. However, I believe our policy has been freedom of speech, so... I have asked people before to stop using that word, and if they did use it, you could initiate a votekick/ban yourself. If enough people agree, they are kicked or banned.

As for the random votebans. I see them votebanning, but no reason behind it. I mean, I don't see anything BEFORE it was leading up to the voteban itself. Just people voting for the bans. Now the first person they votebanned, no idea if s/he deserved it or not.

However, I must say when you are being banned an overwhelming majority voted "yes", not to say you deserved it or not. But the reaction afterward? "faget"? REALLY? You come here to complain about people calling each other nigga and you DARE to call someone else a "faget". Hypocrisy much?

As for me, this request is denied. If another admin feels free to take action, go right ahead.

Hello, I am the real BRASSIE. I am a Skial regular, who is applying for admin. I noticed this thread because of a post on my application from ProLoser.

I need to explain what has happened here.

I am not a racist. Never have been, never will be.

This was not me on their server- I have been at the hospital all day because I have really bad acid reflux (It makes me violently ill sometimes). The only two people with access to my computer are my brother and my cousin. When I go out, I tend to leave my PC on, usually as I am downloading a torrent or something. I will admit that I have been on LotusClan servers before with a tryhard name- but I have never been racist or used racial slurs.

From the demo provided, it looks a lot like it was my cousin trolling the server, who has left to go home, back down in Buckinghamshire now. When he is contactable, I will ask him if he did this- because it makes me look bad.

Anyone who properly knows me will tell you that I am not a racist, greifer, vote abuser or similar. I hardly ever use the mic ingame because I hate my voice. Its really high pitched- even though im 16 .

I am ever so sorry that this has happened on your servers. The two others (Who WERE in my friends list) have been removed. I hope that you and your community will accept my apology, on behalf of all the players that have been offended or irritated by the racial slurs used, or the votebans wrongly implimented.
