Put it kinda basic and simple, mic-spamming the server with random stuff. When I voted to kick him, he said he would stop but then continued to do so. I asked if people could kick him and he responded with.

In the end, no one voted for him to be kicked and he continued with his micspam of TV ads, weird laughs from TV shows and anything possible.

IMHO, in a case like this, it obviously wasn't bothering enough people to even get him kicked while it was happening, and therefore, doesn't really constitute a ban after the fact... in this case it might be best to just mute him yourself and carry on, though a staff member may come and disagree with me, in which case, bring the hammer down on the mic spamming nob, no fucks given

1) He's not even playing. He just hogs a class, sit in spawn all day, shooting at the walls and not even attempting to play.
