Local Server Help

I will occasionally run a local server through TF2 to test or practice a few things.

Does anyone know if it is possible to enable replays with local/offline play?

Try something along the lines of these.

Or if you have access to a server that has an stv you can just exec the config w/ stv and restart the map. And then just use the stv to do any kind of free cam stuff.

Yeah. I've been sitting here going through google for 45 minutes looking up information on replays, but everything has been in regards to dedicated servers.
