Most of TF2 is based on subconscious tuned behaviors. That comes with hundreds of hours of practice. Who is talking about making someone elite? That´s just your imagination. But simple Tipps can make a huge difference. Just watch the players and you will notice how easy it would be to improve their tactical behaivior. Take the placement of the sentry´s for example.
